Dependable and Experienced. Had to wait about 4 weeks after the estimate but it was worth it. No formal quotation but they arrived at 8 AM on the day promised and the foundation repair was done in 5 hours. The other contractor who provided an estimate insisted that a heavy excavator was required and my neighbor's fence would have to come down and their lawn and garden would be damaged. Allan did the excavation the old manual way with a hand shovel and a "get it done" approach. Time will tell but I am pleased with the work and the results so far.

After a heavy rain-storm in July, we had a water leak come through one (1) of our basement windows. Jim Allan came by in a very timely manner to evaluate the work needed for the window-well and he provided a quotation that was competitive to the three (3) other companies we had contacted for quotes. One (1) of the deciding factors in selecting them was their reputation and the excavator that was to be used would be able to enter our back yard without us having to remove our tall cedar bushes which would have added to the repair costs. Even though only one (1) window-well was the problem, we decided to have all three (3) window-wells replaced. The team arrived on the date promised and did a great job on the repairs. Plus while doing the work on the window-wells, they found a need to perform work on a small foundation crack that they were able to repair at the same time! Their excellent clean- up work was also appreciated!

Jim and his team are extremely professional, polite, punctual and go out of their way to address your issues as quickly as possible. We are in the middle of basement/laundry room renovations, and found a crack in the foundation last week. Jim delivered on his promise to come to have a look the same day. The crack was repaired later that day! Last evening I found another crack that had been covered up, and was only now visible. Jim again came over, knowing we had to continue renovating with our contractor on the weekend. The second crack is now also fixed, and we will be on time with our project. This is priceless. I called them based on a recommendation from a neighbour who had nothing but praise. After 3 estimates, I decided to go with them to repair 2 cracks and build window wells. They were by far the most competitive estimate, and did NOT try to up sell me on work that wasn't needed as the other companies did. Very honest and straight forward. The work was done quickly and efficiently and VERY respectful of my property. They did everything possible to minimize damage to landscaping and were very professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend.

Avoid! Unprofessional and disrespectful! He sent me an sms saying the following "What a f***ing waste of time!". After I got a quote from him for a leaking foundation crack repair and then decided to go with someone else who could fix the crack the same day instead of waiting 3 extra days for him to fix it and have to take more time off work. I left him a voicemail within a few hours of his quote (which he spent less than 15 min for him to give) to let him know to cancel the apointment in 3 days and then he replied with that disgusting sms! The other person I went with were very professional and even cheaper.
