We hired XMT Construction a few months ago to have our back yard remodeled, we added a composite deck with in deck lighting, a privacy screen and glass railings. Not only was Adam very knowledgeable and helpful with what type of design we wanted, he surpassed our expectations and we are extremely happy with the out come! Adam and his team are very talented and went above and beyond to make our space useful. I would highly recommend XMT Construction for any of your projects , You wont be disappointed . Adam and his crew completed a large lower patio and deck project for us this past spring. Sorry for the late review! Before XMT started we had a large rotting 30ft x 20ft bottom patio with broken stairs to the garage, a hot tub placed on top exposed to a newly-built home next door, a large pergola with missing footings, and an uninviting top deck with vinyl flooring, a shower drain in the middle, and some bulky glass and wood railings. Pretty sad. By the time Adam and his crew left we had a fully rebuilt deck frame, beautiful maintenance free Trex on the entire bottom patio, seamlessly integrated with matching Trex stairs with LED lighting to the garage and top deck, and the top deck was also refitted with torch-on asphalt then fitted with floating Trex boards. They also installed modern privacy screening along our fence line and in an area separating the yard from a thoroughfare. They sunk the hot tub into the deck so that it is entirely private. They also installed glass and aluminum railings and an aluminum picket section. There were a half-dozen or so consultations throughout to go over small details, some of which hadn't occurred to us but that XMT put serious thought into and ran by us to ensure we'd be happy. We had a lower price quote from a competitor that appeared to be more of a cookie-cutter solution. We chose XMT because Adam is a builder, had a good sense of the design that would work best for our home, and made it very clear to us that his number one goal would be to leave us with a product that we wouldn't have any regrets with and would work with us to make that happen. I do asset and facility management so have experienced the pain of selecting the wrong vendor. This time the right decision was made. And for busy people it pays off in spades. We couldn't be happier and have had a few parties over the summer with everyone commenting on how great it looks. Despite all the excellent reviews, the most important review came last week. It came from the hot tub guy ... He said it was "gorgeous," and that guy sees A LOT of decks! Thanks again to Adam and the XMT team

We have used XMT Construction for a few projects. We started with a patio and a deck, and because we were very happy with the craftsmanship and skills we asked them to build a driveway and two retaining walls, with lighting. Our son also asked them to redo their driveway, and was also happy about their work. We renovated both the bathrooms in our recently purchased 30 year old home and every part of the experience was excellent. Professionalism was the order of the day throughout the entire process from the initial consultation to completion. XMT was on budget and on time with high quality results. Adam has a very consultative approach – he took the time to explain every stage of the renos as they were happening and made sure we were comfortable with everything going on in our home.
