As someone that runs one of the largest moving companies in the lower mainland, I've had my fair share of experience with renovators and builders. Wesgrove Homes takes a much different perspective than the traditional renovators. Instead of focusing purely on cost and aggressive timelines, they focus on quality product and realistic constructions schedules. I can't tell you how many times we've seen delays in our business with moving our customers furniture back in due to construction delays, but with Wesgrove, we don't have these issues. They make it a point to have my team come look at their clients homes in person, build a plan and timeline that works for all parties involved, and then stick to that plan. If things are taking a bit longer, Jason, owner of the business! will call me personally long before the proposed move back in date to inform me on changes. This allows my team to make changes without any additional pressure or worries. We pride ourselves in my business to bring a refined sense of professionalism to our trade of moving and Jason and his team also do that. It's so refreshing to hear how polite his workers are with my movers on a job site and work with them as a team as opposed to thinking they are in their way. If you're looking for a great renovator that cuts no corners and makes delivering the best quality product their sole focus, look no further. Wesgrove homes would be my first, second, and only choice when it comes to a renovator. Don't question their process, you're in good hands.

Jason and his professional team from Wesgrove completed a major 4 month renovation of our 'new to us' home. We lived onsite during these renovations, and each day the site was left clean and organized. COVID protocols were always in place. Jason was available from the initial meeting to the final inspection to walk us through this process. Working with Jason and his crew was an especially great experience. Renovations can be stressful, especially when you are living in your house and 1/3 of it is uninhabitable. Wesgrove checked all the boxes for what a contractor should do - there was great communication, the crew and subcrew were polite and tidy, and the renovation finished when they said it would. This is the second major renovation we have done to our house (both renos $100k+), and I wish Wesgrove had been in business when we did the first! After this renovation, we will use Jason and Wesgrove for all of our future work. I was also really impressed when talking to the subtrades. They also couldn't say enough good things about working with Wesgrove. It's one thing for a company to treat a client well but these conversations showed me how much Jason cares about all facets of the business - it is about developing good relationships with everyone, not just selling a product to a client. If you are looking for a contractor that will treat you fairly, don't look any further. This company is the real deal, and I can't say enough good about them. Or how happy I am in my new space!
