Highly recommend Rob and Van Custom Plumbing as a trusted, honest and experienced plumber. Rob has serviced and maintained our gas boiler for the last 2 years. On one particular occasion, Rob was unavailable and we had to go to another plumber (a large Vancouver based company) and was overcharged with poor quality work (performed by staff and the actual owner). Following the work, our gas boiler was extremely noisy and the plumber blamed our system and took no ownership. Rob went out of his way, for free, to flush our system and make sure we got it back to normal. You don't receive that type of customer service from anyone anymore.

The owners name is Rob. My parents hired him when they were doing renovations to their house and needed to repipe the kitchen and bathroom; basically the entire ground floor. Thoroughly impressed with his work. Showed up when he said he would (rare trait), made recommendations when he thought it would benefit my parents but otherwise did things exactly how they wanted and made it look good. I wouldn't say it was cheap but where your house is concerned, saving a few bucks on cheap components/service is something I've learned not to do the hard way. Overall Rob did great work. Definitely recommend
