Graham was awesome to work with, courteous and prompt in his service, he took the time to troubleshoot a problematic gas leak in our fireplace. Don’t get fleeced by this company. My first contact with Graham the company owner was to inform him of some copper tube that had timed out and needed to be replaced in our residence. When he attended our home we inspected the tubing, he agreed it was time to address the situation. He stated an estimate for repair would be emailed to me next week. I paid him for the service call.$$$ When leaving he noticed an outdoor hose bib that needed a brass adapter bushing. He changed it, I inquired what I owed for the bushing? He stated It would be included in the pending project estimate. 6 + weeks went by, no estimate provided. I texted him a few times without reply. My conclusion is the project needing to be done was beyond his plumbing abilities or expertise. if that’s the case let the consumer know! When I texted him and requested a refund for the estimate that he didn’t provide he didn’t respond. He has taken my money, and moved on He needs to learn the trade. He already knows the tricks!

I was impressed with Graham’s customer service, responsiveness and knowledge when it came to fixing my house’s water heater. I had been coordinating with him to work around my family’s busy schedule and he has been super accommodating, friendly and not at all pushy. He was honest and we were confident of his work by the time he was done fixing/maintaining our water heater. Graham even went out his way to take a look at our thermostat, fireplace and tuned up a couple of things that needed attention. Furthermore, he gave us tips on how to keep our water heater performing for as long as possible and our furnace in tip top shape. We are so thankful for his services and appreciate his help! I had Graham come in from Sierra Mechanical to have a back flow test done at our property. He did a great job! There were some plants growing on top of the box where the lines had to be run and he went out of his way to clear the path and also sweep up any residue. There was also an issue with the installation of the lines and he worked through it and got our testing done. Thanks Graham.
