We just completed a major bathrooms renovation, demolishing two bathrooms and creating three new ones. Lots of in-slab plumbing had to be done, ceilings and walls removed and reconfigured, all new bathroom fixtures, etc. New Vision Projects were always on the ball and their site superintendent most accommodating, willing to work with us on changes, etc. Our project came in on-budget apart from 6% of extras due to unforeseens and changes we made during the process, and the contract was completed on-time. We were very pleased with the process and are very happy with the end result. Would certainly recommend New Vision.

We were on an HGTV renovation show and the contractor was Brandon Smith New Vision Projects. They did a major renovation to our 2,600 sq. ft. 40 year old rancher and did an absolutely beautiful job. When we first saw our home after three months at the show’s “reveal” we were completely blown away as the transformation was just amazing. For the show they had renovated approximately half of the house creating an open concept, consisting of moving the kitchen, tearing down three walls, creating a large pantry, renovating the living room, laundry and guest bathroom. Outside they put in new windows, new gutters, new garage doors, added rockwork and painted. Plus, they added an awesome18 foot gabled roof to the front walkway. We were so impressed with the quality of their workmanship and the fit and finish of all the millwork and cabinets that after the show we hired them to renovate the rest of our house. In the master bedroom they changed the small bathroom to a walk-in closet, made a large beautiful en-suite from another bedroom, and renovated the main bathroom and also two bedrooms. We are very picky with small details and never felt we were being bothersome. Brandon returned our calls promptly and was always very professional. The project was done on budget and on time. We highly recommend New Vision Projects.

We recently completed a full home renovation over a three month project with Brandon , Brad and the New Vision team. It was a major decision and we spent time researching reputable local builders in South Delta before making the decision to proceed. We were very happy with the quality of work and the final outcome which included every room being touched. Brad as our on-site project manager was very strong managing the trades, the time-lines and the communications so we felt fully engaged through the process. He was also very good managing several changes we made and making specific recommendations with high attention too the details. We would highly recommend the New Vision team based on our experience.

I highly recommend the New Vision Team. They basically redid my entire house and my experience with them was a very positive one. I found them to be true professionals....queries and concerns were always answered in a timely manner and always in a very friendly and courteous way. I trusted them completely and knew that I could depend on them, without a doubt. Working with Brandon and the team at New Vision was a fantastic experience. They went above and beyond our expectations, did their best to save us money where they could and when problems arose with permits and engineering issues that came up for us, they presented solutions that the engineer had not thought of that were then approved and moved forward on. Due to time limitations they had to hire a 3rd party to do some drywall work for us and when that company did a horrible job, New Vision took on that cost and re-did it themselves to ensure it was done right. They are a great group of guys with good morals and wanting to give you the best experience and end product. Would highly recommend working with these guys!
