Kirby was so wonderful to deal with! He came to inspect our hot water tank and quickly told us he believed a pipe had burst under the floor, and that another small leak was visible. (Horrible thoughts of ripping up the floor and huge bills crossed my mind) Luckily Kirby was able to feed new piping through the old one, fix a small leak and we were on our way!! He is so kind, and easy to get along with. Very quick with his work, and overall just great work!! Thanks Kirby for fixing up our house!! ????

Impressive customer service! I emailed to ask about servicing my on demand hot water heater because I'd read that scaling can be an issue with these heaters requiring regular flushing. They responded the next day to assure me that our municipal water isn't hard at all and that the flushing of the heater is not really an issue here. Instead of selling me a service I didn't need, they explained what they could do for me and didn't take advantage of my ignorance to make me pay for something I didn't need.

This time it was Kirby to the rescue. Our furnace blower packed it in on one of the coldest days of the year. Kirby was there within 2 hours of me calling him. He put in a loaner blower until we got a new furnace installed. Within the week he was back on a followup call and discovered the new furnace was so powerful it had clogged the new filters with dust from the ducts. He made a special trip out to replace the filters. I am so impressed with the service.

About two months ago Kirby helped me through a difficult install of a pedestal sink and toilet - toilet needed to be moved farther away from the wall and the sink, well that was a challenge as it is about 1/2" from the wall. I had Mike install some smart thermostats for me that also involved some wiring at my furnace that was beyond my scope of know how. The next week Max and Tony serviced my gas fireplace and installed a remote control system for it. I'm very happy with the work they did for me. The night before we left on a family holiday, discovered we had no hot water. Called Kirby at NPH and had someone come out the next day to figure out what the problem was with the water heater. Service was prompt and they provided 2 options on how to fix or replace the water heater. Once we decided on what we wanted the work was done right away and the hot water is now restored. My son and wife and 4 children under the age of 7 moved into thier home in Ladner on January 15 during a cold spell. The furnace had quit working and the place was freezing. On my way over to his place I saw a work van of Neighbourhood and Plumbing and followed it to it next stop explained the situation. He said he would come over at the end of his shift. He brought 6 plug in heaters to keep them going until he could come back to replace the furnace. That's a great company.

Kirby helped with a leak in the Poly-B piping a few years ago. It was time to replace the furnace and water heater so we called for a quote. Mike handled the furnace and water heater install and did it with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Tony took care of the repiping of the old pipes to Pex. His work was excellent and I felt at ease after seeing how neat and well thought out it was. He made the extra effort to correct a few things that our previous contractors had missed. Tony left the area clean and ready for patching up the walls. Dave handled the drywall work. He was also detailed oriented and was professional in the quality of the work as well as his attitude. I'm very particular when it comes to hiring contractors due to previous issues I've had. This time I was lucky enough to hire an All Star team. Very fortunate to have these guys in our 'Neighbourhood'. =) Thanks for the peace of mind guys.
