We’re extremely happy with the bathroom. Jack was awesome with keeping us in the loop on the progress. We also had Andrew around doing lots of work and he is also a real good dude . Such great work , great people , great to have around. If your looking to renovate your house look no further . Call up Jack and you won’t regret it . We have recently done some renovations to our flagship store and had Lerazo Flooring install our new laminate. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism, speed, and quality of the finished product. Jack, the person who was heading this project for us, assisted with the floor panel selection and he and his team worked very fast, cutting the estimated completion time by 30%. They also came back the next day to ensure everything looked great and even fixed a random floorboard that's been bugging us for a while, in a different area of the store. We would happily recommend these guys for any renovation projects.

They did the most amazing job of redoing my Laminate flooring???? professional quality work and extremely fast at getting the job done! We started our renovation work in the Spring of 2019 on a 2000+ square foot suite in a 55 year old wood framed apartment. The age of the building created challenges because of the amount of levelling and correction of out-of-square walls required to accommodate flooring and cabinets. Our plan (which was mostly in our head) was well received by Lerazo (Jack) and with some input along the way from their designer we eventually settled on a layout and we forged ahead. We had already ordered kitchen & bathroom cabinets elsewhere and Jack had to work with this other Company which, in itself, was contentious but there was never any "blaming the other guy" from Jack. All of their crew members were pleasant and easy to deal with. Jack always took the time to fully explain any questions we had throughout the 8 months of construction. His explanations were clear and he never ignored or side-stepped any question. We felt like we could ask anything without any fear of creating a rift between us. We are very pleased with all aspects of their work product and their work ethic. If a wall seemed fine to us but not to them it was redone. That kind of quality assurance is getting harder and harder to find. If you're looking for someone you can easily communicate with, who has the knowledge/skills to get things done and is completely trustworthy then Jack and his team are for you. My wife and I are very pleased we made the choice to hire Lerazo! We will hopefully enjoy many years in our new, comfortable home. Thank you Jack, Andrew and the rest of your crew. P.S. Even after the job was fully completed Jack and Andrew came back to help us hang pictures throughout our space. That's going above and beyond in my opinion.

Jack and his crew did a tremendous job in my condo. I'm a first-time home owner and I purchased a pre-sale condo in 2017. As 2020 approached and I did my walk through, I noticed there were things I wanted to add and get things done inside my unit. I wanted a TV mounted on my wall with all wires being hidden, I wanted a floating shelf below the TV, I needed some closet organizers in my bedroom and closet by the door and a sliding glass bath tub door. I had visuals in mind of how I wanted things to look. I wanted things to look modern, sleek yet minimal. I brought this to Jack and he made my vision into a reality. The quality of work Lerazo did in my brand new condo was impeccable. I was nervous at first as I didn't know what to expect or if it would turn out, but my faith in Jack and his ability to follow up with my vision proved that he and his team can be trusted and can deliver first class work. Jack and Andrew fit our smallish project into their busy schedule as it had the “symptoms” of a serious structural problem; fortunately discovered to be rather minor. They accomplished the job quickly with minimal disturbance and mess and always coordinated their start times. Appreciated that they tolerated input from this “backyard DIYer” with patience.

They came to replace our ancient carpet with some brand new carpet. They were subcontracted by our flooring company. Overall we are very pleased with the workmanship and how cooperative everyone was with our particular situation. The communication from Jack was outstanding. My elderly grandfather was present at home during the install and they were sensitive to his presence and did not cause any issues whatsoever. (and that is quite an accomplishment in itself lol). We will be contacting them again for further renovations we may want to have done. Thank you to the entire team for everything!

We recently had a room where we wanted carpet removed, and hardwood added which had to match the hardwood elsewhere in our unit. They did a fantastic job matching which was tough as it all had to be laid at angles to match the hallway wood. I would highly recommend them for any flooring work you might need.

Maybe just my experience, but they were totally unsatisfactory. Had 2 bathrooms remodeled by them, issues from the beginning, water not draining properly in the shower, the tiles in one bathroom have cracks developing in the grout. At the time I was told because the way the house is built, which is funny because the original tile and grout never cracked just needed updating because I felt it was old. They reached out to me for warranty issues, but honestly after them tiling and ripping out the tile in the shower floor 4 times before completing the project, I was so fed up with them I called a professional tiling company to fix their mistakes. Headache from the beginning I would avoid.

Within about 2-3 weeks he was able to squeeze us in and our bathroom renovation took about 3 weeks and we are thrilled with the end result. Great guys to hire. Highly rated in my books

Well...I have nothing but great things to say about these guys and this company. I dont usually do this unless I'm thrilled with every level of service and quality of work. Jack and his team were fast and efficient! I needed a full garage reno and the evening I called it was 8pm. I was surprised to get a call back that same night. I told jack what I was in need of and my budget and I had a free consultation the very next day! I compared prices and these guys were the best. Our flooring salesman referred us to Jack for our carpet installation. Serdar the installer, was very professional and considerate. He worked very efficiently and neat. An error in measurement was noticed by Serdar. Rather than piecemeal the carpet to complete the job, Jack contacted the flooring salesman and a new roll of carpet was ordered. When the new carpet arrived it took Serdar only a couple of hours to finish. Looks great, feels great. And done the the right way, it will last. Thanks guys!

Jack worked with us to get things back on track with a cost efficient way to go forward.The overall finished product was very pleasing. If you really want to use this guy you HAVE to sign a contract with him which includes every single detail you want him to do. He gives you a time frame but multiple that with 4, that's when he will finish the job. Be ready for a huge cleaning everyday as they make a mess in your ENTIRE house (even the places they are not suppose to be). Also be ready to receive a messed up finish. Your floor will NOT be level, the walls will have 2 different paint color, the roof will not be fixed (apparently that's part of FINISHING and finishing is not part of their job). Long story short don't be fool by the fake 5 star review.
