Emerson Contracting is master class. I won't be looking anywhere else for a contractor to do our renovations in the future. Our firm moved into a building that was set up with large, old, inefficient furniture and cabinets built into the walls and floors. Emerson Contracting came through, took our ideas and vision, and came up with design ideas that were even better than I imagined. They were extremely professional to work with, very responsive, and were very gracious with our evolving list of requests. They built out a beautiful storage room and staff room that optimized our use of space, they built out a clean, minimalist office space for support staff, and they helped with other odds and ends as we tweaked our space. Very excited about the work they did, and it was all exactly on budget with no surprises. Highly recommend Emerson Contracting. Very happy customer!

My wife and I can't recommend Emery (Emerson Contracting) enough for anyone who has a big or small renovation job to be done! He is professional and detailed oriented! He is not the cheapest quote but he is not the most expensive either. You definitely get what you pay for and he is all about quality and your happiness! He can work with any budget. He is up front and basses his projects with tons research not pie in the sky hope. In other words he is honest but he will do his best to make your budget stretch to get as many of your goals achieved as possible. Once the budget is set and agreed upon, Emery will never allow for surprises at the end (financially). He is super detailed and uses talented people to help you get the look you want for your home. He is very approachable and worked for months around our family home (we have small children) to complete the major renovation work! If ever something came up that he was not sure of, he will stop and make sure to keep you in the loop! He made us feel at ease with every step along the way to our major home renovations. We were so comfortable with him we used him twice! If you are looking for someone who is dependable, on time and never ever leaves a mess (at the end of a day), this is the guy to talk to! My husband and I would highly recommend Emery Pope, from Emerson Contracting, for any renovation project you might have in mind. He turned our idea of a dream kitchen and made it into a reality. We could not be happier! Emery is very hard working, professional and finished our renovation ahead of schedule and within budget. When his tiler got sick, Emery stepped in and did the floor tiling, backsplash and all the grouting himself! We also appreciated that he treated our home so respectfully, making sure that at the end of the day, everything was tidied up and vacuumed. We look forward to doing another renovation on our bathroom one day with Emery.

We were very impressed with the work ethic Emery and his team had with being on time, working so fast, cleaning up and protecting our floors with paper and plastic in all places possible to keep the dust in check. At the end of each work day Emery vacuumed and tidied as our kitchen was now living in the family room, and he just made sure we could manage. We expected the project of removing kitchen floor, counter tops and backsplash, removing and replacing the microwave/hood fan, repairing some doors on original cabinets and then installing quartz counters, tile floors and back splash to last 10 days. When Emery said 10 days we sort of said to ourselves oh sure, 10 days. Well it was 9 days. When we came home today the home was all cleaned up, pictures hung back up and the little curtain at the front door was hung up too. We were shocked as we totally expected to see him again tomorrow. Great job Emery. Thank You.

Emery (Emerson Contracting) is fantastic! You will not be disappointed if you chose him as your contractor. He helped us with some renovations after we had a pipe burst on our lower level in the late summer/early fall of 2019. He worked on jobs in several areas of our house including our bedrooms, Laundry room, stairway, entrance foyer and our living room that involved electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, tiling and millwork. What I appreciated most was the easy flow of communication and scheduling. Information was honest and upfront and conducted in a timely manner. He was very concerned with sticking to the budget and timeline and not encountering cost over-runs or delays. When we did run into a delay (due to our flooring supplier, not Emery) he was patient and accommodating with the change in schedule. He worked closely with us to ensure we were happy with the design and execution of our renos. Each of the sub-contractors that Emery had with him were as courteous and respectful of our space as he was. All of the supplies were tidied at the end of everyday and areas were left clean and free of construction debris. In the end, we are thrilled with the work he did and would absolutely use him again and recommend him highly to others.
