Complete waste of time. Somebody named Ray came and looked at the job,said he would provide a quote in 3-5 days,waited 3 weeks and nothing. Called in to request somebody else to quote and then received a quote from Ray. The quote included pole insatallation that was discussed and would be handled by myself and it did not include a transfer switch and generator connection point which was the whole basis of my request. Save your time and call a professional outfit
