Called in BEMA to trouble shoot a leak in a cold water underground 1/2" poly pipe serving the Laundry. Tim,identified the cause, and offered a simple solution to insert a 3/8" PEC pipe. Work was done in a couple of hours with added benefit of new shut off valves, the smaller pipe does not appear to affect the washing machine, so an innovative solution to what may have been an ugly repair. I have had to use Bema twice now, once for replacing the faucet in my shower, and the second to replace my old hot water tank. Both experiences were a pleasure. Tim responded quickly to my initial inquiries and was open to my availability and schedule. Tim was courteous when he arrived in my home both times, arriving early and fully prepared for the job. For the hot water tank replacement, Tim came over a week earlier for a 15 minute consult. We discussed options, pricing, scheduling and he got a look at the old tank. A week later Tim was back, took out the old tank, replaced it with the new tank, and hauled everything away. I dont know how it could have gone more smoothly. Tim also uses QuickBooks on his phone, so I was invoiced and had paid before Tim even left the building. Very convenient.

I had my Bathroom sinks clogged, I tried using the plunger. and a 25-foot weir, but the blockage seemed to be deep down. Scheduled a service call with BEMA, and Tim came by and cleared the blockage in no time using his power weir. The more important thing about this service call is that Tim is very pleasant and polite to deal with, very proffessional and very reasonable in pricing.

Our radiator broke down in the middle of the winter. We contacted Tim of Bema Plumbing based on a friend's referral. Tim came to inspect our system immediately and gave good advice on a temporary solution just so that everyone stays warm during the emergency repair. Then he took the time to walk us through the decision process of choosing a cost-effective replacement for our 30+ year old house. We experienced a delay of the hardware due to the construction boom prior to the pre-covid19 days. Nonetheless, Tim maintained an open and timely communication channel with us so that we were informed every step of the process. At the end, we have a brand new system operating installed by a professional and reliable tradesman at a very reasonable price, AND running in the most cost effective way.
