The last thing you want to happen is your furnace breaking in the winter, on the weekend no less. I called at 9 am on a saturday, and the tech came by 2. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. This is why I call AV Tech when I need help with my heating appliances!

After having our ducts cleaned the company we hired left us high and dry without a working furnace. In 2017 I had AV Tech detach and attach the air conditioning lines to our businesses 2 furnaces as the roof was getting a insulation and membrane upgrade and replacement. At the same time they also replaced a damaged site gauge and installed extra safety's on the units to prevent if I recall, accidental startup in cold temp and to prevent running in low pressure situations to prevent burn out of compressor due to other failure like a leak. Things the original installer probably should have offered but didn't. The good part is AV Tech did it right and I did not need them back for that. I am mentioning now 2019 as I just had another job done, we moved homes in 2018 to one with Geothermal Heating. I knew the unit was over 10 years old with no previous failures but of course now in midwinter the electronic motor control switch decided to go and the original installer is no longer. These folks were able to source the parts and left some electric heaters as backup. Fortunately there was also a Natural Gas fireplace so the house maintained temperature enough until repair was accomplished.

I live in Chetwynd, and even though they couldn't come out on short notice to fix my furnace, their technician spent half an hour helping me over the phone. We were able to determine what specific part was burnt out, making it that much easier for me to proceed with completing the repair on my own. I will definitely be using their services in the future!

Andy with AV tech is now my go to guy for heating. had to call apon him late on a saturday for parts to repair a furnace for a locall out in the country at -37c and expected to get colder. He instantly knew what the problem was over the phone and had the parts available. If i could i would give him a 6 out 5 stars on google.
