contacted this company via email for a quote and interest in their ability to complete construction and redevelopment of a 15+ unit apartment building with a budget of several hundred thousand. Based on their website, previous projects and stated experience it appeared like a project they could handle. Without meeting, even hearing about the project in any detail other than what I submitted on their online contact form, I received an short email that they would "pass on the opportunity" - not offering even a reason like "we don't have the capacity to take on any further projects at this time". As a business owner myself, I'm disappointed and surprised that I wasn't given the chance to discuss the project nor even vague reason for declining to work with us; or even a quote with the potential to complete the project down the road - that is most bothersome and a good indicator of how they value relationships with potential customers and how they communicate. We are hoping to support local tradesman and a local company instead of bringing in an outside developer but will now look elsewhere.
