No previous experience with tHis company but this past Friday a new gas range was delivered to our home. I had forgotten to arrange the hookup and towards 4:00 in the afternoon I realized we might have an issue with the weekend and Christmas and company all around the corner. I phoned the store where we had purchased the range and asked for a recommendation. I was given M @ K Plumbing contact info. When I phoned - Jim one of the owners answered and said he would have someone to the house right away. The techician arrived with 20 minutes and Jim dropped by himself to ensure there was no need for parts or anything other help. The range was hooked up, all parts checked to see they were working and they left. Greatly appreciated this fast and very friendly service.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. M&k replaced my hot water tank when the problem was tree roots in the outside line. When Steven(owner) replaced the tank he broke the overflow plan, to which he responded: "it doesnt matter, you wont need it for 10 years." That night the water once again overflowed, made worse by the broken pan. Steven(owner) came the next day and put in a pressure water valve. That night pan overflowed again. By this time it was the weekend and I did not want to deal with an call technician again. I was told I could hire someone else or wait until Monday. I hired Another Plumbing company, who immediately diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate before starting work, fixed problem and tested plumbing when complete. All of which M&K Plumbing failed to do. My son that’s in Highschool could do a better job then Steven (owner ) at M&K Plumbing. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your plumbing needs in the Cranbrook area....

The experience was nothing short of frusterating. While we were painted into a corner through a cold spell, our furnace was very old but everything inspected passed with flying colors. Though it wouldn't stay on, it ran intermittently. After several visits over a couple weeks and the problem persisting they offered the next best solution to actually fixing it....just buy a whole new furnace. Bahaha! Thanks for your help and the manditory furnace replacement tha seemed to be not even. The installation was done quick and in good quality but being told to replace your furnace instead of have it fixed seems rather wrong and upsetting
