On New Years eve i was driving up to Cranbrook from Creston with my friend and 4 children in my truck, when my drivers side passenger window blew out! I called ahead and was told that even though they were closing at noon the manager would stay and help me. I got to Crystal Glass and he ushered us all inside to stay warm and play with his dog. They cleaned it out and sealed it with windowseal. When I asked how much I owed, he simply said "have a happy new year!" Thank you for being the best kind of person! I would highly recommend for anyone looking to have their glass done.

Great service! A rock hit my windshield on the way home and it was 4:30p, I drove right to them and asked what could be done, fully knowing they were closing at 5 they had no hesitation to fix the chip right away. Looks amazing, you can barely see the chip. Super friendly, helpful and highly recommend!

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Explained the whole process and took less time than told. The technicians were absolutely professional, and were an absolute blast to have working on my truck. The front staff went above and beyond. If you need windshield replacement or chip repair or crack repair this is the place to go. Would recommend hands down.

After several frustrating weeks trying to arrange a window replacement through another residential glass shop, I decided to try Crystal Glass in Cranbrook. Customer service at this shop was prompt, polite, reliable, highly professional and the quote for the work seemed very fair and reasonable. Kudos to Kerri and his team for going "above and beyond" in helping with our windows. I will certainly recommend and use Crystal Glass again for future window repair and replacement.

We live about seventy miles from Crystal Glass Cranbrook - chose to deal with them versus other options that we explored - and TOTALLY HAPPY that we did! They completed two work orders for us - six foot dressing mirrors for a double door wall cabinet - and a tricky custom shower door fabrication. The work was completed in a timely fashion, competitively priced, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kerri was extremely helpful when it came to the shower door installation - the ultimate product fit perfectly and is a beautiful addition to our home. This business is very well run and Kerri and his team take great pride in the services that they offer. Moving forward for any glass needs - our decision to do more business with them will be crystal clear!!
