This company did sewer repair to my neighbours yard. For 2 days they blocked my driveway or would move within inches of my drive making access difficult. For a visitor who is 60, it was unsafe to enter and exit due to how close their work trucks were. I left a note on one of their vehicles the first time because they had blocked my drive and left the vehicle unattended. The second time I messaged the owner asking if they could move back a metre allowing safe access to my own drive. There were no vehicles behind their trucks and they had about 50 feet of open space behind them to move back but refused. The owner insisted they were back far enough and when I told him the 60 year old driver who came over could not get in or out safely because of the large truck within inches of my drive he made fun of the drivers vehicle and blamed the rear view mirror and not his large trucks in the way blocking vision and the ability of the truck to turn and exit while backing on to the street. His staff stood and watched this person struggle to park and leave my driveway but still did not move their trucks back a bit in to the empty space behind them. My neighbour requested pictures of her yard demolition. In those pictures you see the 60 year old persons truck parked at an angle because the he couldn't enter my drive properly because of the work trucks. At one point Bryson said "we are 15 feet back" to which I let him know I had the pictures that I had taken of my neighbours lawn as she requested and that the vehicles were in the picture at my driveway edge so he was not telling the truth. He immediately had nothing else to say about that. I told the owner Bryson several times that they had empty space behind them and could they please make access to my own drive safe and easier. At one point there were three trucks here with his staff leaving about 8 feet between their trucks but refused to give me any space. In pictures you can see the trucks with a large space between with an empty street behind them. Bryson made excuses all day to the point of sending me pictures of the end of the day school kids pick up with the street busy at that one time, and telling me that is why they block driveway access. At this time I told him to quit contacting me. I believe this was such a simple thing to rectify but clearly he chose not to. Day two they still leave each other excess space between their trucks with large empty parking 50 feet behind them and ample parking in front of the house they are working on but still insisting on being right at my driveway edge, so much so that when they leave and come back instead of taking an empty space behind their other truck they back in to the smaller space at the edge of my drive to encroach on my space. The plumbing and electrical companies involved in this job were here for long periods and never were disrespectful nor did they block my drive nor the drive beside the house being worked on. It was obviously easy for them to be mindful of the neighbours and never were an issue. I made a rating comment on the Crossfire Construction Facebook Company page about his treatment of those of us living around where his company is working and he deleted it. I feel if this is how he and his staff treat the residents that live where he may be bringing his company to work people need to know he has no respect for us, nor did his staff. Him deleting the comment but still refusing to correct the simple problem makes me wonder how many comments and ratings he has deleted before to keep his company with a 5 star rating, whether it his work or his negative working attitude with people residing around where he is working. Given his and his staff's ignorance toward me for such a simple event that could have been so easily rectified I would never call this company for service. If this is how Bryson and his staff treat people I would not want them on my property at all.
