Went in Tuesday to request a quote. Yep, I'll come by in next couple days and he took my info. Thursday afternoon I went to flooring superstores because I thought maybe ill get a 2nd quote since I still haven't heard anything back. Flooring superstores came by next morning, did me up a quote that was ready a couple hours later. Friday afternoon, still haven't heard from these guys at Affordable floors so needless to say they aren't getting my business. A simple phone call...

Affordable Floors did a wonderful job on our bedroom wall-to-wall replacement carpeting installation. We had hired them once before and were most satisfied, and we had no problem with this job either. The installer took great care to expertly cut and lay, and tuck and stretch, and the finished job pleased us very much. I'm going to hire them again soon to do a kitchen vinyl floor install, and am confident they'll do more great work.

As a contractor we recently hired affordable floors to supply and install vinyl planking at a customers home. We have been in the business for over 20 years. We found affordable floors very professional and helpful The salesman was excellent with the home owner choosing a product and the installer was very particular and very clean he did an excellent job and was a pleasure to be around. We definitely would recommend them. H and W asbestos abatement.

Bought some vinyl plank flooring and LOVE IT!! Hides dirt and dog hair, durable and easy to care for! Service was great, friendly, knowledgeable too and even loaded my truck! You guys rock!

I had to give this business one star to be able to post a review. If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are extremely dishonest. They will try to get money that they are not owed for work not done and products not used. I have dealt with many dishonest and irresponsible builders and tradesman, and these guys are the worst of a bad lot. Maybe there is a worse flooring company in Cranbrook, but I doubt it. I have nothing good to say about them. Nothing.
