They did my roof a year ago and when I hade a downspout from my gutters fell off last spring I contacted every one I could to fix it. ALL Spring, Summer and deep into the Fall still not fixed.. one call to Summit Roofing and they came on a Sunday to make sure it got fixed for me. FAIR price, and Excellent customer service. To not call a person back is about as unprofessional as it can get in business, if you're too busy to do any work right now then fine, call and say so...all good. But to ignore is a completely different story.
