From our initial visit with the Islander team we knew that we were in good hands. Matthew returned our messages promptly and came by our house within a week to give us an estimate. The team is professional, hard working and honest. We have a brand new roof, dry sky light and are looking forward to a warm dry winter. Nothing but good things to say about this locally owned small business!

Showed up quickly for a siding quote, took over a month and never got back to us. Emailed them and was told "sorry but we are now booked until October, do you still want your quote and are you ok with the delay". We asked for the quote and accepted the delay. Over a month goes by again and no quote. Reach out to them again and and they apologize as they no longer have time for our job. I ask for the quote i was originally promised and get crickets. Bad company, stay away. Will give someone else my money.

Amazing service and very good rates! Had a leak through my bathroom vent on a stormy Sunday. Emailed Islander roofing the next day and although they were busy they put me on the list and promised they would try to get to me quickly. They definitely weren't lying, I was very surprised when they contacted me to come take a look so soon. They squeezed me in at the end of the work week and got it all fixed up before our next big storm cycle comes. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs it. Cheers!

I cannot recommend this business enough! From calling them to finishing the installation there was nothing but kind, helpful and professional employees to deal with. They were able to come in the same day I called to check out the specifics of the job, and had booked me in within the week with a very reasonable quote. On the day of the job the two gentlemen told me that it was raining and advised against opening the roof and when they did come back under better whether they were very efficient with a great end product. We discovered a leak in our roof a heavy snowfall was melting and contacted many roofing businesses. Shelby at Islander Roofing was the only one to respond in less than 2 business days. They were not the company that installed our roof but were very ready and willing to book an appt. for a roofer to come and investigate and repair problem. Through this process Shelby communicated with us consistently and as late as 6 pm regarding a roofer to come on a Sunday. We have not seen service like this in any roofing/contractor business and wanted to make sure that Shelby and Islander Roofing get the acknowledgement they deserve for outstanding service.
