I had a very good experience with the whole process of shopping for a heat pump system with installation. They gave me serval quotes for a range of prices which was very helpful. The admin was fast and friendly. The installation technicians were friendly and explained every step of the work they were doing. They were punctual, courteous, and treated our home with great respect while they were working. I would recommend this company to any who wants to install a new AC at home.

We then restricted the search to four companies. We invited each of the four companies to come and give us a quote. What I liked the most was that it all came in a very easy to read format. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and with no shortage of manpower. At one time, five employees were working here at the same time. It was an all day setup. The new Tosot heat pump is very impressive. I asked when they were going to turn it on and they said it had been running for half an hour, that's how quiet it is. The technicians did a fantastic job explaining the system once installed and also made sure everything was cleaned up and nothing was left behind. It is a family business. It's a company that takes pride in its work and respects its clients' homes as if it were their own. I am really very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, professional and reputable company to take care of their heating and cooling needs. Nous avons fait quelques recherches et avons décidé d'opter pour la marque Tosot. Nous avons ensuite restreint la recherche à quatre entreprises. Nous avons invité chacune des quatre entreprises à venir nous faire un devis. Thermolux a été la première entreprise à entrer et au lieu d'écrire un devis le même jour, M. Vincent a dit que je recevrais le devis dans les prochains jours par e-mail. Il est aussi celui qui nous a posé le plus de questions, et a fait une inspection très détaillée de notre système existant pour pouvoir faire correspondre au mieux les unités qui conviendraient le mieux à nos besoins. Lorsque j'ai reçu le devis le lendemain, j'ai été très impressionné par les informations détaillées et complètes concernant les systèmes cités, y compris les spécifications et les données de performance sur chacun des composants. Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié, c'est que tout cela est venu dans un format très facile à lire. Le jour de l'installation, ils sont arrivés à l'heure et sans pénurie de main-d'œuvre. À un moment donné, cinq employés travaillaient ici en même temps. C'était une installation toute la journée. Le nouveau thermopompe Tosot est très impressionnant. J'ai demandé quand ils allaient l'allumer et ils ont dit qu'il fonctionnait depuis une demi-heure, c'est à quel point il est silencieux.
