George was very thorough and helpful. We had to clean our laundry room plumbing with a high pressure pump. It was affordable compare to other companies. He came on time. When he left, we found another problem with the kitchen sink, and he quickly came back to resolve the issue without extra charge. He's a good honest guy. I will definitely refer him.

An absolute rockstar! He was able to fix a clog of fire debris in the main evacuation tube of our condo building. It was a very tricky job requiring focus and delicacy. George saved us- we had other companies tell us/ quote us ridiculous and untrue things (ex. a “collapsed” pipe that would cost us 15-20k+) luckily we called pronto drain and he found the real problem and fixed it the same day, no collapsed pipe just a grease buildup. Cannot recommend enough... P.S. to the comment that says he doesn’t have an RBQ #, go search the RBQ directory and you will find his #!!

George was an absolute life savior. Before he came over, I dealt with another plumbing company that told me my sewer line had collapsed on city property. Before committing to excavating the street and sidewalk for over 15K, I had George come over for a 2nd opinion. Turns out, the pipe hadn’t collapsed, it was simply blocked with some grease that George flushed out with a high pressure washer. He was extremely professional and took care of the real issue before I wasted enormous amounts of money on an unnessecary repair. I would recommend pronto drain for any drain issue as George is a serious pro. A++++++++

I called to do a smoke and camera test to find a leak problem in my unit. George came was in a rush. Did a quick smoke test in one apartment and told me it detect all pipe in all my 6 unit building. Charged me for a 6 unit building for smoke test and told me the problem. I opened the floor of apartment 1 only to find out the actual problem was in another apartment and not where he told me. Now I'm stuck redoing 2 apartment because he did not do a proper smoke test in my building. It was just disappointing that he charged me for a smoke test saying it would be to cover all the apartment when he actually just did for 1 apartment and I paid close to 1000$ for it.

We are selling our house and the plumber hired by the buyer's real estate agent did an inspection with a camera and found what he thought was a crack in the main drain. For mysterious reasons, he felt he could not go past 15 feet. When I called Pronto Drain, George indicated right away that he would come because he felt something was very wrong. When he did the inspection with the camera we could see very well that the main drain wasn't cracked but that there was two holes purposely made for a french drain. When visiting the drain further he found roots in it that need to be removed urgently. Without his advice we might have spend a lot of money to only create more problems without solving the real one.
