Michel was referred to me by a good friend of mine. He seems very knowledgable at what he does but unfortunately he quit the the job that he accepted to do for me after postponing the work dates he had scheduled with me on more than one occasion. This was a major setback for my tenants, who were waiting to take occupancy of the local. He did not answer his phone or reply to text messages, which made it a very unpleasant experience and as a business owner I feel that better communication would have solved this problem. Maybe he is good at what he does but I will never know!
