If I could give 0 stars, I would. Leon Lipov is more than a terrible contractor, he is a con artist and a bully. I have never experienced a level of unprofessionalism to this degree. Look elsewhere!

I would urge anyone not to hire this contractor. I started with him what was suppose to be a small bathroom renovation. Leon, the company's owner, did everything in his capacity to expand the project and suck the most money out of my pocket. Many of his worker don't have their CCQ permit. For any small changes to the work he charged me super expensive fees, and if you dare to question him he will raise his voice and start yelling in an attempt to intimidate you. At the end the ceramic floor of my bathroom was uneven, I had to hire someone else to do the correction.

Limex did our renos in 2016. We moved out and they did an amazing job. They were right in the times (2months ) the team is freindly. They took time to listen and explain everything we asked. It cost us a bit more than plan but no big suprise and we had a lump in the budget for that. Leon and his team are professional and hard working. It was a good experience having them to do our home... we enjoy it immensly...Glenn

Terrible company, they claim they are not the cheapest company out there because they do a great job... Save your money and get someone reliable. After they get paid, they will never answer your calls again, even if it is to repair their mistakes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. That's what I tell everyone that asks me about my renovations.

As a designer I have had cause to work with Leon Lipov on several large-scale residential projects. Although aesthetic considerations were a priority, budget and timeline were also central concerns. In each instance, the Limex crew produced superlative work, with a meticulous eye for detail and craft, on time and on budget. I would recommend them without reservation.

Leon and his crew were unfailingly polite, supportive, knowledgeable and accessible during the job. The renovations turned out super-well, the cost estimate was accurate, and the job was finished before the deadline! I would use this company again, in fact I probably will.

Please be careful if you are doing business with this company. The owner of the company, Leon Lipov, will come to your home, and will talk a good talk to get you to sign a contract. They will charge you a whole lot of money for mediocre work. The mediocre performance is for what was finished. A I feel like I was ripped off by this company.The son/ co-owner doesn't seem to care about customer service.

Exact same bad experience happened with me. The Owner keep on mentioning his not the cheapest in town because he's so great. The fact is they do a terrible job, the price increases to astronomical figures during the renovation. He tries to use cheaper materials than what is specified on the contract. And once he get all his money he doesn't give a damn about the many failure I got from his botched work. Avoid at any price.
