Technician never showed up. Waste of a morning. No excuse, no apology. There are too many other companies that could help with this service so I've already called another company. I wouldn't waste my time. Follow-up note: Company had never advised me that they would show up late. I was told 9-11 am. At 11 I had to call for an update date. So I called and they said the technician would give me an update. 15 minutes later I get a call that he will be over an 1.5 hours late. The issue was "weather conditions" but bad weather in Montreal only started in the mid-late afternoon. Bad management and clear disorganization. Avoid.
