Beware! Pretty sure this company is a scam. Technician came to repair an AC unit. He messed around with the AC for an hour when he "suddenly" found the issue. I think he was just stalling for time to charge more money. Ended up telling me I needed parts that he didn't have and charged me $400 for fixing absolutely nothing.

I find it to be very honest , pleasant to converse with, Reza was on time, he explain me what needed to be done , and ways to prevent the same problem occurring again. I will recommend him for service call based on his professionalism, honesty, and likeable personality. Job well done.

AAA service, I called Air Magique at 8:30am and they were able to send a technician by 11am to diagnose and solve my problem. Reza was on-time, polite and no SURPRISES , he solved my AC problem within 60 minutes and my unit was back up and running. Highly recommend Air Magique.

They charge very expensive amounts, and when you check the prices of the products they install for you, you will realize that they hiked the prices at least by 100%. This place is a high-way robbery

My A/C stopped blowing cold during 32C weather. I frantically called every place in Montreal and they were all booked for weeks. The friendly receptionist at Air Magique was the only one to offer to put my name on an emergency cancellation list. Within an hour they called back to say someone had just cancelled and the technician was on his way. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and worked FAST to get the cold air blowing again....disaster averted! I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing HVAC-related work.

My air conditioner in my condo was not working. I called Air Magique the receptionist answered and told me that the technician would be at my place that day. She was very polite and assured me that it would be repaired properly. The technician showed up on time. He immediately saw why my AC unit was not working. He fixed my unit which is now working blowing cold air as if it was brand new. He was very professional. It was a pleasure having this company repair my AC. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs their Services. :)

Air Magique provided excellent AC maintenance for my condo unit. Historically I would have these so called HVAC specialists come into my home twice a year and literally spend 10 minutes with their heads in the ceiling apparently doing an inspection. A little this, a little that, and the placement of an undersized cheap filter…. thank you goodbye. With Air Magique I received a full inspection, explanation of findings, suggestions as to what is best for my unit. In the 11 years I have had the unit, I don’t believe it was ever cleaned. So much for by bi-annual checkups and maintenance!! Now I feel confident that my unit is clean and working at maximum efficiency. New filters in a clean unit!! Thank you Air Magique for the professionalism and timely service. See you in the fall!!

I recommend the company. I called them for an AC repair. The technician that came is skilled, clean, proactive, answers all the questions, gives suggestions, explains the issues and the steps involved. Unfortunately we had a few damages to the drywall, stairs and handrail during the service. Depending on the service, do not neglect the cost of materials and other fees, which adds to the total cost.
