Rayjans installed two huge (6ft x 8ft) single hung windows in a utility room off our garage today and we are thrilled with the quality of the windows and work done by the installers. The windows and the finishing/trim were professionally installed and the workers left the place tidy. They were very careful about not leaving shards of glass after one of the old windows shattered while it was being removed (it was already badly broken), taking into consideration the safety of our dogs. We will not hesitate to call on Rayjans in the future, as we slowly begin to upgrade our windows throughout the house. Thanks for a great job!

I must say this was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. With my husband in a nursing home I was treated with courtesy and listened to from the salesman (Marc Delorme) keeping me in the loop as to when my gorgeous awning would arrive, to the installation by a very competent crew, knowledgeable and on time as promised. When they left you wouldn’t know anybody had worked there. Marc Delorme even came by checking if I was satisfied. I highly recommend RayJans for any of your needs.

Front door and rear patio door look awesome, some problems with lock but rectified, patio door still click even after after being serviced. Still waiting for glass people to exchange glass on both patio doors because of defect in glass.

After getting new windows last year I decided that it was time to replace two older doors that were not well insulated and had air leaks. Marc went above and beyond to find doors with triple-glazed glass (I won't accept anything else) and the installation crew did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, cleaned up after the job was done and were easy to deal with. Wherever you end up buying your doors and windows: make sure they have their own installation crew. You don't want two companies involved and have them play the blame game if something goes wrong. I can highly recommend Rayjans and I'm looking forward to doing business with them again if the opportunity presents itself.

The RayJans crew replaced a garden window for us. We appreciated that Dan, the salesperson, brought in the actual installer to measure the job, since it was not a « normal » window replacement. Appointments were punctual, the installers were courteous and professional, leaving the worksite tidy. The finished product was excellent and extra work costs were very reasonable with no surprises. We would recommend RayJans for any and all home reno’s or builds.
