Of all days, Friday my wife finds a puddle of water on the basement floor and heard a funny hissing noise also. Come to find out we have that old plastic piping throughout the house and one of the lines sprung a pin hole leak in a near impossible area. I called three plumbers ( we're somewhat new to the area) and only one responded and that was Kelsy, Adam's wife. She was very compassionate about our situation. Although Adam was on a big job at another house, she was able to have him stop by end of day to assess. Adam was professional from the beginning. Although the line couldn't be repaired right away, he did set us up with water to most of our other lines to get us through the weekend. After reading up on this plastic tubing we had, I had Adam's team change out all of it so we didn't have to go through this surprise flooding again. (very fair invoice in my opinion). We had our old jet pump replaced by another plumber and in less than two weeks we had trouble. Two blown out pumps later and no water in the house multiple times and we were forced to call someone else to finally fix the problem once and for all and thank goodness we happened to call Adam MacDonald Plumbing. They are the best!!! We lost water on a Saturday and they walked us through how to prime the pump over the phone so that we at least had water through the weekend and they had our water working again by Monday afternoon. We can't say enough about Kelsey and the team at Adam MacDonald Plumbing!!! They are the best and we'll be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

My phone call found the staff courteous, helpful & professional. A day & time was set up for a plumber to first look at the few tasks to be remedied. The young plumber arrived promptly at the appointed time & assessed the work needed. A day & time was set up for the work to be done. Mine is an older home. The first task was completed in a timely manner. The second task was in an area w/older ceramic tile surfaces. The problem had been fixed by another company who had stated the problem would return. It did, slowly increasing over time. The young plumber from Adam McDonalds Plumbing was pleasant, well-prepared, worked patiently & skillfully around the old ceramic tile & explained possible options if the original parts were rendered no longer functional. They did not require changing. Within a reasonable timeframe he called & showed me the problem. A small piece was missing from an old fitting. He replaced the part & completed the other remaining tasks in a timely manner. Contacting the office again found them friendly, efficient & responsive. I can & do heartily recommend the services of Adam McDonald Plumbing.

My wife and I were visiting Cornwall from London, Ontario, and had very few hours remaining in which to arrange home inspections on a home in Cornwall upon which we had submitted a conditional offer. We needed to return to London the next day. I searched Google for plumbing services in Cornwall, Ontario and found Adam MacDonald Plumbing. Contacting him via Facebook Messenger, I asked him to perform a camera inspection and deliver a report on the general plumbing health of our prospective new home. He responded to my message only minutes after sending it... on a Sunday evening! He was very thorough, professional and helpful. In our Absence, Adam coordinated with my real estate agent to meet on-site to perform the services requested, and delivered the required report comprising important details within an hour of completion. I absolutely recommend Adam, and will contract him again, once we are relocated to Cornwall, to assist with creating a full basement bathroom in our new home.
