There is not a lot of stock because of Covid-19. But its still a great store with a large amount of products. The employees seem always really enthusiastic and friendly, they try to always be there to help. Im not a fan of the “bring this card to an employee to get your item” system, but that’s fine.

Only real tech store the region and the prices reflect it. Things are expensive but if you need tech items this is your best bet. If you get a quote for any computer work make sure you get it in writing. They have a habit of changing prices on you.

Service was fine when I was choosing and purchasing my laptop (Tuesday, July 20). They had to keep it overnight to set it up and I picked it up the following day. I drive home (350 km away) and check the flyer on Thursday, only to find out it is there for $100 off. The flyer started on the day I picked it up. No one mentioned it, and the only way to get the discount is to bring it back to the store - that's all well and fine for the people living in town ... Not so much for the many customers who are not. I am not happy! Actually rotted!

buy your computer here and not next door....if issues happen you have someone to talk to....best cx experience last evening when my computer was broken (it was less then 30 days old, and thankfully they just done a swap for me. I had 0 wait time. I am able to do buisness today and if it wasnt for them I wouldnt be typing online if not for them. I did buy staples 2 yr extendened warranty. Best decision anyone could choose. 3 yr warranty on your computer. you cant go wrong
