Honestly, the receptionist was a bag. Terrible attitude when she learned that the work needed to be cancelled. She sounded young and immature, so my guess is she is not overly qualified in the "people skills" department. The repairman that initially arrived to provide me with a quote however, seemed professional and knowledgable. He was the saving grace of this experience.

Steve came out to quote work that needed a permit. Things seem fine until the first phase where the guys forgot something and completely flooded the interior of the home. Add insult to injury, prepaid for most of work although steve never came back for finishing. And of course the deficiencies were never fixed so i have to pay another plumber for the companys mistakes. Steve doesnt take responsibiltiy for his employees shoddy work. Very disappointed.

My husband and I have used Tap 2 Drain Plumbing on a number of occasions and couldn't be happier with their friendly and knowledgeable service. The owners, Steve and Jennifer Koehler, are fantastic people to deal with and they really know their stuff. Not only were they prompt and attentive to our smaller plumbing needs, but recently when we had a major flood due to a burst hot water tank they had a new one installed within hours and helped with the clean up - they went above and beyond what was expected and all with a smile. Tap 2 Drain Plumbing is probably the best plumbing company we have used and their "grass-roots" values to quality work and customers needs, is something that is just not found in larger companies today. I am not very trusting when it comes to trades people but these guys are the real deal and I would highly recommend them. They might not be the cheapest but they are the best in our opinion. I had Tap2Drain come out last May 2015 to install a water UV sanitation system for treatment of my well water. Steve showed up in both cases when he said he would for both the quote and the actual work. Great guy and he did a quality job on the installation of the system making sure it will be easy for me to switch out the UV light yearly. No leaks to date and everything is running nicely. If I need plumbing work in the future, I'll be sure to call these guys in again.

I just want to say how professional and helpful Tap 2 Drain Plumbing were when dealing with our rental property. We live on the Island so when we got the call from our tenant that our front lawn had sprung a leak its safe to say panic set in. We phoned three plumbing companies and the first two took a look and quoted us 2500.00 and 2800.00 and that quote was without even digging to see what the actual problem was. Our third call was to Tap 2 Drain Plumbing and the receptionist was lovely on the phone and very reassuring. Within two hours the problem had been fixed and cost us 500.00 dollars. Love this company! Called Gillian from Tap 2 Drain plumbing around 12 pm to help solve our Noah's ark issue that we woke up to. Was willing to wait a few days if needed as it was such short notice, Steve, our plumber showed up at 2 pm and we hadn't anticipated anyone until between 3 pm - 5 pm. Same day service within hours! Steve was very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable regarding our leak and was able to replace both required pieces quickly. Steve also offered some future solutions to us for plumbing to hopefully prevent another swimming pool in our living room situation. Fast, affordable, and pleasant experience! The company does an excellent job of informing you of the estimate of the work to be done. A great group of professionals...Steve, Chris, Alexi and Chad... who worked efficiently and were very respectful of our home. We had all the Poly B removed and redone which was a huge job. They completed the installation of the new water pipes within the week and Jason...the drywaller they provided was excellent. It was satisfying to know that the quote provided included the complete job without any extra surprises along the way. I am using them again to service my tankless H2O and replace my furnace filter system. I will highly recommend the company and continue to use their services when needed.

Had Tap2Drain in to service my boiler yesterday, the guys were great, very knowledgeable and helpful. They even checked the flashing on my roof and made sure it was clear of debris and water from the recent wind and rain storm. I have used their services in the past for other services like sink and drain clogs, toilet repair etc and have always been pleased. They always wear their booties and clean up after themselves.

We had a sewage smell at our store in mission and had 3 different plumbing company's,1 HVAC and 2 pest control companys look at it, after $2000 spent and no solution Jeff from tap to drain was getting pizza next door, he stopped in our store to kill time, Jeff commented about the sewage smell and with in 5 minutes diagnosed and rectified our problem. We have no problems and are extremely thankful he stopped in for pizza that day.

I received same day service when I had a clogged bathroom sink.....Aaron is very personable and explains the process in detail, taking his time with the customer.....The clog was cleared in no time flat! Aaron returned 2 days later to install a new tap in my shower....A small part was missing so he tracked down the part & returned later in the day to do a quick installation.....I really appreciate his attention to detail....A real pleasure to deal with! Amazing service and honest prices. I was quoted over $600 to fix a leaky bathtub faucet by another local company. After declining their service I ran into another problem (a leak had sprung somewhere and was leaking down into my neighbour's unit). When tap 2 drain arrived they identified the problem within the 1st hour and fixed the larger problem within 2 hours, including the leaky faucet, which he fixed at no charge because all it needed was a washer and took 5 minutes for him to fix (again I was originally quoted over $600 for JUST THE LEAKY FAUCET). When it was all said and done their Tap 2 Drains plumber (Aaron was his name I believe), I was charged $360 (that included showing up, finding the source of the problem, fixing it as well as the leaky faucet). The technician was also very professional, kind, courteous and polite, a true pleasure to have to do business with. He was minimally invasive, making the smallest of holes in the wall to determine and locate the problem, it looked as though he was never there when he was all done and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, small or big, or even in an emergency situation (flooding etc.).

WOW!! That is all I can say about the friendly service. They truly are the "nice guy" plumbers. We used them to install a gas line for a BBQ as well as a fireplace. The Fireplace installer (Big Valley Heating) commented on the quality of the line. We have also used their emergency service when our 3 year old son decided to flush plastic toys... They were able to pop by the next day and take care of it.

I had already called 4 other companies who were either unable or unwilling to send someone out to check out our leak.
