We have a small cabin at Cultus Lake that was impacted by the flood as far as rain to the roof which resulted in a small leak in the ceiling. Dean's quick response to assess it, help with a chimney wrap and build rapport was excellent. If we move forward with a roof replacement, we will seriously consider Leadworth. Thanks again.

Buyer Beware! We were in the process of buying a home, when our inspection report showed a few questionable areas on the roof, even though the roof was only 5 years old. Before we could comfortably remove the inspection condition we needed to have the roof looked at by a professional, in a short amount of time. Contacting several roofing companies, leaving messages, not hearing back from anyone, we came across Leadworth and Dean answered immediately. Understanding the nature of our situation, he was out the next day to inspect the roof. Upon further review Dean was able to determine the entire roof needed replacing. The work was beyond shotty, and most likely water damage was already occuring. Supporting his findings, Dean followed up with a report and photos for us to send to the owners who were in disbelief because of the age of the roof. Unfortunately we had to walk away from the place we thought was our new home. Fortunately, Dean saved us thousands of dollars we wouldn't have been prepared to spend in addition to the purchase of a home. We can't thank you enough. We'll definitely be using Leadworth in the future, when we do have a home, for any of our roofing needs.

Dean was fantastic! He made time at the end if his busy day to come by and replace 1 single shingle a massive windstorm tore off. He inspected the entire roof and notced some nails were not fully nailed down around some vents and hammered them back into place. He also found a spot of older damage and took care of it with some special sealer. On his way down from the roof he noticed that our gutter was full of junk and he took it upon himself to clean it out without being asked or charging us for it. Highly recommend Dean and Ledgeworth Contracting!

We are very happy with the job Dean and his crew did on our re-roof! After personally knocking on doors to get first hand reviews of other bigger companies and hearing of leaks etc, right after job completion, we felt most comfortable going through Leadworth for our re-roof on our house. They were on time, quick and Dean even did our playhouse roof in the grueling 40+ heat to get it all done on time. I was very particular about how I wanted our roof to look with color matching flashing where existing flashing was built into the existing stucco siding. Leadworth was willing to do what it took to get it done while other companies either said they wouldn't do it or offered a shotty alternative solution. Also, I like to know exactly what I'm getting and asked Dean literally a million questions! He was happy to answer them all and put my mind at ease about the whole process. And did I mention they were quick! After paying close attention to other re-roofs going on around our neighborhood I have a greater appreciation for Leadworths process and efficiency. Thanks again!

Short version first - Use LeadWorth Contracting if you need professional and proper work done. Top notch quality and service. If you're looking for a "bargain" though, I'm sure you'll have no problem finding other crews. Unfortunately, like most things in life, you get what you pay for. Full version - My wife and I have just moved to Chilliwack and are looking at purchasing a home. We've looked at a few thus far and have reached the point of doing the final inspection. We know from experience that a very close look (beyond the general home inspection) at the roof is vitally important, and is often not considered by other buyers. The normal home inspection performed by a general home inspector is not thorough enough regarding roofs. Well, let me tell you... we were at the final stage of closing a deal on a home, pending a roof inspection. So we found LeadWorth through Google and contacted them to come out and take a close look at the roof. Dean, the owner I believe, called back immediately and was at the home the next day at noon and up on the roof doing his inspection! And thank God he was. The roof was a mess. Not only falling apart but whoever had done the job in the first place had not done it properly. You would never had known that though as cosmetically and visually it looked fine. Long story short - Dean coming out so promptly and doing such a thorough and professional inspection and report, will save my wife and I literally tens of thousands of dollars in the long run, not to mention the trouble and anguish we would have run into over time as the roof rapidly disintegrated. A+

Doing a kitchen reno and needed a roof vent installed for the exhaust fan. Called one of the high profile roofing companies who had done work for me in the past. Told me to expect a 1-2 week wait. Was hoping to get it done as fast as it was a small job and wanted to get the fan connected as soon as possible. Took a chance and called Leadworth a company I found doing a google search. Dean answered right away. Told him what the job was and he told me he could get it done that day. Being a small job he would fit it in for me understanding there was some urgency. Less than an hour later he was on site, in the attic and on the roof with his always smiling assistant. The ventilation guy, a man of some girth, even got Dean to do his work of connecting the pipe to the vent to avoid having to crawl in the attic himself. Not only did this above and beyond favour probably prevent nail pops in my ceiling form the ventilation guy crawling around in the attic, it enabled him to get things working much faster than if he had done it alone. While on the roof Dean noticed a problem with a chimney vent. He didn't have the part to repair it with him. He said he usually does so he will just come back and fix it for no charge since I was already paying for a service call. Dean is a very personable hard working guy. He told me of the other work he can do besides roofing and said just call with what I need done outside, like landscaping, stone work, concrete repairs and more, and he will get me an estimate. He said not to hesitate to call even if just get to an idea for planning and budgeting. Dean is a very motivated to succeed and have his company grow and prosper. I will not have any second thoughts on calling him for future work to help him with his endeavour and getting top notch work done for ourselves at the same time. A truly win win situation

Woke up to a leak in my living room after a bad storm, called Dean and he was in my driveway within 15 minutes. Dean's knowledge and experience allowed him to find the problem in a few short minutes. He was very honest with what needed to be done immediately to stop the leak and what could wait until another day. He was very reasonable with his price and gave me worst and best case scenarios. A few hours later and the problem was fixed, good quality work and was even a few bucks cheaper than his quote. He showed me some spots that required further repairs but could wait until spring time. We as a strata council at Mount Baker Estates have used Deans company in last year and a half and will require his services again this year. He did a variety of work for us from fence repair, chimney repair gutter cleaning and roof repair. His work was always quality. If we had an emergency he would respond right away or as soon as he could. He would always update/keep council informed of the work he was doing. I had contacted a large well known roofing contractor through Home Stars previously who couldn't be bothered to follow through with actually doing my repair. Multiple contacts and a month later I finally gave up and called Leadworth. Well what a different and pleasant experience. Dean promptly contacted me back within minutes and said he could come by in an hour for an estimate or to complete the repair. Well sure enough he did and the work was excellent. I asked lots of questions about roofing in general, the condition of my roof and Dean was just a wealth of information and so pleasant to do business with. I feel confident in recommending his business to others as well when the time comes for a full roof replacement I'll be contacting him first!
