We hired them to come and clean our gutters on our roof they didn’t do it properly they are still dirty and still charged us 700 dollars there customer service was also not good so I recommend not to go to them greedy disgusting people and are very rude shame on them

Chilliwack provided immediate help when water was leaking into the house. I have a very old rock and tar roof and they came and fixed the problem right away. I was contacted by their office to follow up how things are going. Happy with the service and repair

Disappointing experience, project still incomplete. I originally picked this company to do our roofing as the guy who did the estimate was on it right away. He came out within a day and provided a detailed quote. I appreciated his professionalism and timely response. Unfortunately my experience following this has been extremely stressful, and many months later I am left with a partially completed project. Things that were in the original quote were not done, and now I have been billed more to have them completed. Getting a response from our guy has been near impossible, and we feel like we are constantly placed on the backburner. We have been waiting 6 months to have skylights installed, despite going out of our way to line up trades people to assist the roofers with the installation. It’s all just very disappointing and has caused me a very high level of stress dealing with this when I feel it should be a simple job. I know nothing about roofing and skylights and I thought I was hiring people that would help.

Laziest crew I have ever seen in my life - one blonde guy doing all the work and 4 guys standing around listening to loud music annoying the local residents Similar house nearby was roofed by 2 guys in half the time and half the noise, absolutely terrible

I had difficulties getting a time commitment for roof repairs from "other" roofing firms , for a repair of damage to my roof and chimney flashing. It was an amazing revelation dealing with Chilliwack Roofing. The same day I phoned to see if they had time available to do the required repairs, and after I explained the problems I had experienced, I had a visit that same day from the Owner of Chilliwack Roofing, He went up on the roof, photographed and evaluated the damage and repairs necessary. and fully explained them to me. He said I was being placed in a queue and should have the work completed in approximately a weeks time. The repair was completed on time and under the expected expense. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the repair team and the job they performed, which was all photographed, before and after the repair. The workmanship and dealings with Admin Staff was absolutely first class. I highly recommend this company!! Dave McLay

Our roof was damaged from a neighborhood fire, Chilliwack Roofing did a great job repairing it! It's hard working in the rainy season but these guys made it work, especially working as late as they had to in the dark, rain and cold weather! They were very professional, showed up on time, easy to deal with, friendly crew, great communication from within office and out!! I highly recommend this company and their workers! It’s unbelievable how unprofessional this company was. Not only did Chilliwack Roofing seriously lack communication, their crew continuously disrespected the property by leaving nails & roofing garbage everywhere. The crews didn’t show up on time & they left early. Please beware of this company.

We had parts of our roof blown off in a winter storm. Howard came out on Sunday to patch roof . I then went through the process of getting insurance involved . They sent out their estimators and so on. There were all kinds of issues about the up grades that would be required and so on. My costs were getting way out of control and the restoration company that the insurance had selected was no help to me. I spoke to Chwk Roofing, they recommend subcontractors to me . Then they took over from there and followed the job through to completion. The job site was kept tidey the whole time and the only way you can tell that they were there is that there is the new roof. Quality of work was excellent, they know their business and have a good relationship with subcontractors to handle the whole Job I would strongly recommend Chilliwack Roofing .
