Terrible service. A ripoff. Charged $149.00 plus taxes and never found the problem. Made a suggestion to fix the problem and left after 10 minutes. After following the suggestion the furnace still did the same thing. They refused to call again without an additional service charge.

Chilliwack Heating fixed a problem with our gas fireplace with a phone call. They could have sent someone out and charged for a service call for a problem we easily fixed ourselves. Integrity.

We were looking to upgrade our wood stove. Right away Doug made us feel comfortable and respected. He showed us the models available and features and patiently all our questions. We found the stove we wanted at great price. Highly recommend!

I attempted to find a solution to my Napoleon fireplace problem and was told there "was no solution available short of purchasing a new fireplace to the tune of $6000-$8000!!!."...(plus Labor)...after investigating the matter myself, I found out Napoleon has a retrofit kit to bring my 25 year old fireplaces up to date for $400-$700 each, which I ordered and had installed recently. When I approached the owner with this information he was very curt and rude and tried to tell me that they could not get the kits (when in fact they are a Napoleon dealer), he then turned his back on me and walked into his office. I will not being conducting business with them again.

Ken there service technician came to our home to service our furnace and fireplace. He was very knowledgable and very professional. He pulled everything apart and did a thorough cleaning and fixed whatever needed to be fixed. He cleaned up after himself. With covid 19, I felt very safe as he wore a mask as we did as well. I will be using Chilliwack heating again in the future and would recommend Ken very highly

We have been dealing with Chilliwack Heating since we moved to Chilliwack in 2003. They installed our furnace and our AC. They have serviced both over the years. They are currently getting our hot tub back up and running again. Just want to say thank you for the great service. The office staff are great. Professional, courteous, friendly and very personable. WE just had a technician repair our fireplace, which wouldn't light after the annual summer shutdown. We were very surprised at how thorough and polite the service man was. We were even more pleasantly surprised at the reasonable charge for parts and labor. When the problem occurred, we asked John Bestwick, the owner of Burden Propane, for advice, he immediately recommended JC Fireplaces In Chilliwack, and we are glad he did.
