We recently need our roof replaced as well as one skylight replaced and another completely removed (was leaking & had leaked before years ago). We had contact a few local companies to get quotes and had varying responses from other companies (some never got back to us or took weeks to come out), however SHADD Roofing and Exteriors definitely stood out as the best choice! Right from the beginning, Mark was easy to talk to, he explain all the different options that we could go with as well as suggested a colour that would look great on our house. As this was our first time dealing with replacing a roof we definitely had a lot of questions however Mark made it easy for us to decide what to do. Mark and his crew at SHADD Roofing and Exteriors are extremely polite, personable, professional, efficient, quick and completed a great job at a reasonable price. Our kids loved seeing what the crew was doing through the process and the crew were awesome with the kids. We highly recommend SHADD Roofing and Exteriors for all your roofing needs!

Contacted two other companies who came by but had no follow-up with myself as they preferred larger roofing jobs; Shadd Roofing was the company that had the most communication by the owner. They did an enormous amount of work in two days on a house that had many angles to maneuver around and their price was also reasonable. I recommend their shingling job. Definite improvement on my house!
