Shopping at Sacwal for our flooring needs has been a delightful experience. The showroom is beautifully displayed and there is so much to choose from. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. Alanna attentively listened to what we were after and nailed it with the selections she pulled for us to view in terms of pattern and color. When it comes to the installers we have nothing but praise for Starsky and his crew! The boys did an awesome job and it was easy to see they took pride in their work. It's no wonder Sacwal has been voted #1 in the flooring industry. Thank you Sacwal Flooring for helping us make our house a home.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I was really surprised with the astronomical shipping charges they have (why am I buying tile through you if I have to pay the manufacturer to ship it to your store?). The manager was blatantly rude when I asked about this, we found out when we picked up our tile and unfortunately needed 16 pieces to complete our area (and this is on my second order). No one returns our phone calls, it took over 2 weeks for the store to place our initial order to the manufacturer after we placed it through them, after waiting 4 weeks for our tile to come in we were told it was on backorder. When you go into the store to order something the staff seem incompetent, took an hour to order more tile when we already had an order of the exact same tile. I will never use this company again.

Very well organized, from booking your appointment time to making you feel safe due to covid precautions. The were very friendly and helpful as well as being able to offer suggestions due to allergy restrictions. They were also able to book an appointment for the measurements and then we will be back to write about the next phase of the process. This is the update that I said I would write during the next phase. The person that was supposed to do the measurements on Friday had not shown up half an hour after we were told that he would, and when I phoned the store I was told that he had gone to another appointment and that he should be there about 2 hours after we were told that he was going to be there. The only thing that the person in the store seemed interested in was booking a new appointment. When I said I would have to think about continuing with them and asked to talk to the manager I was told that the person was not in but would call me on Monday. The manager did call, but didn't think that there was a problem on her end. She said that even though both salespeople forgot to mention that they operate on a 2 hour window it wasn't there fault and that I should be more understanding. She also didn't seem to care about the fact that she was going to lose a rather decent size order. Obviously they have more business than they need and don't care if they lose any orders. Must be nice during this time when most companies are looking for sales.

I recently had flooring installed in the bedrooms, basement and on the stairs at my house. Alanna, Laura and Ashley were all wonderful to deal with. The installer, Austin, was awesome. He was professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend Sacwal to anyone looking for flooring. It was a positive experience start to finish.

My wife and I went in looking for flooring and a backsplash. The salesman that helped us only seemed to care about his own ideas and didn't listen to what we were saying. After 15 mins of him pushing his own ideas on us, he told us that we were done and finished. We kind of debated the designs he came up with, and asked to see a different backsplash. He then asked what we didn't like about the ones he had laid down and when I said I didn't like them the guy would not let it go, nor would he show us other backsplashes. Then he repeated the words that we were done picking our stuff, that "we could not accept the fact that we had finished in 15 minutes when we thought it should have taken hours". I don't know what this guy's deal was but we walked out immediately on the stop after his last comment , where we went down the road to Owen's flooring where we were treated with much more respect and had a far better experience. I would not give Saceal one some after this experience.

My wife and I bought a new hardwood floor from Sacwal. We chose Preverco Solid Classic Oak 2.25 inch width, satin finish. We were trying our best to replicate the original floor of the home built c. 1945-7. This floor came very close. The salesperson who served us was friendly and helpful throughout the process, exerting no pressure, just helping us to find what we wanted from the description we gave. Among other things we said we'd prefer to buy a Canadian product, and he was able to show us the Canadian suppliers' products. We were just thrilled with the installation. We had been worried that with the oddities of this older home with its challenging angles and edges, that there might be big gaps or other signs of a poor fit. But the installers made the floor butt up to the walls so you'd never guess it was a hard job. They left no marks, no garbage, just a gleaming perfect floor. We would not hesitate to recommend Sacwal to anyone based on our experience.
