When I asked how employees are treated by the owner, the technicians will tell you with delight how great they are to their workers. Today, they went the extra mile for us during a very busy time. Unhooked our old gas stove for haul away service and after waiting for delivery of new stove, went the extra mile at the end of the day, as a last minute request to make sure our new stove was ready to use right away. I actually had two visits. On the first visit, the technician thought we had a linkage problem and made an adjustment. Unfortunately in a day and a half the problem of the toilet not shutting off was back. The second visit he determined that the flapper valve and seal needed replacing, which he did. Since then it has worked fine.

I called Postma at 3 in the afternoon on Monday about replacing a hot water tank after another local provider failed to show up or call, as arranged. The work was completely done by 930 Tuesday AM. I honestly could no say enough good things about this experience and my only regret is that I hadn't called them first!
