Wes and his team of Josh and Craig were so amazing. Wes talked us through how to not get flooded until Josh & Craig could get here the next day to remove and replace our hot water heater. They were efficient and professional. The job was done quickly and we were back in hot water by noon!

Had a clog in the main drain pipe that goes out from the house to the sewer. A plumber came out within 4 hours on Christmas day, which was appreciated. However, I was charged $199 for an evaluation that took mere minutes, and another $400 to clear out the clog with an eel. I have had this done before with another company in the past for $180. I understand this was an emergency on Christmas but to charge me nearly $700 for a fairly routine plumbing job that took less than an hour is ridiculous. Merry Christmas!

After somewhat disappointing service from another local plumbing service for an urgent drainage issue, I reached out to Plumb Tech, based on their offered services and good reviews. The owner, Wes, took my call and was friendly and courteous, and was able to have his guy Craig out to work on my place next day (I was an over two week wait for the other guys, and will be cancelling that apt.). Craig attentively listened to the history of the issue at hand, and got right to work. His persistence and experience far exceeded the fellow who worked on the same issue earlier and who actually was set to do work that would have cost be a day's labour and parts and still not have fixed the problem. Craig though, got me out of the immediate pinch and did a great job of explaining the next steps for a long term solution. You know when you have a service provider that just clicks for you? Like a mechanic you really like, or an HVAC service, or a PC repair place? Well, Plumb Tech are now 'my guys' for plumbing work on our place. Highly recommend.

Terrible price and undisclosed charges. I called for a repair for sewage pipe repair. I explained exactly what needed to be fixed. The next morning the guy came by for a quote, I was never informed this was $100 charge automatically. Quote took less then 5 minutes, they spend more time charging my credit card then they took looking at the issue. The job was $8.00 in parts and less than a half hour of work to which they quoted $559 + tax. When I asked why it's so expensive I was told "Cost of business" . I did the repair myself (proper repair exactly what they were going to do) for the $8.00 part, and in 45 minutes. I would not recommend going with them.

I needed an urgent replacement for my main water line and it was done within 2 days. It was a tight job that required excavation to the street in the peak of summer right before a long holiday weekend. Guys were friendly and professional. Would recommend them for major work in the future.

Called about a sump pump backing up into house. They came out that day to assess and found issue after careful examination. Gave a quote and came out next day to fix. Work was done very well and expertly. Answered all my questions honestly and didn't attempt to sell me anything I didn't need or want. Great communication and very professional. How happy we are to use Plumb Tech once again because they were quick to respond to our situation right after long weekend, when my mom (with Alzheimer's) stuffed the toilet with too much waste and backed up the entire sewer system for 2 days.. Thankfully Wes and his staff were able to clear up everything in less than an hour.. What a relief to know Plumb Tech is there for whatever plumbing problem is needing to be done I Definitely will be recommending Plumb Tech to everyone who needs fast professional plumbing service

The company was working right beside my condo. No leaking before water was shut off. After there was a leak in my condo after water turned back on. They came over after I asked them to. They guys were great replaced a steel facet hose and my hot water and cold water taps in the bathroom shower. They did good work. However when time to pay had over 700 dollars for a 1.5 hr job. I believe was way over what it should of been. Say 10 for the hose and say 100 high side for the tub facet repair. Not impressed. Lesson here always get a quote first. Just cause they are there does not mean anything. Won’t be using them again.

I called 10pm on Sunday and the phone was answered right away. Although he couldn't (understandably) send anyone out until the next morning. He walked me through how to shut the water off to my hot water tank in the mean time. They showed up on time the next morning and had everything fixed within 25 minutes. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My tenant had a leaky TPR valve on the hot water tank. Admittedly, they called plumb tech on a Sunday but this was literally a 5 minute job with a $30 part. More time was spent discussing the bill than the acutal repair. They originally charged $500 but knocked $100 off if it was paid on the spot. No quote was given before the repair. The tank is over 15 years old and there was no suggestion that it was best not repaired. To be fair they did fix the problem but their fees were ridiculous. I would not recommend them at all.

Very expensive cost over 500 for a simple fix they were here for 3 min. Hate to see how much they would cost if I had a major fix. Won't be calling them again unless I have so much money I don't know what to do with it . Customer beware

Great service by Wes and his team. Called them with an emergency request as the hot water pipes froze. They went above and beyond by fixing the pipe but also adding insulation to ensure I make it through the winter. Wes kept be apprised of all updates and gave me an idea of pricing in advance so I was prepared and it surprised by last minute changes. Would highly recommend their services and definitely plan to use them for any ongoing needs I have in the future. Thank you again!

we had this company come over due to a sewer smell, their tech came and didn't even check under the house saying it was probably a dead mouse in the line, we we're charged $110 for a service call with no service. Called another company and they found a line had come apart and thus the odor we had which cleared up in 2 days and they only charged $91 for the work they did. Which took them 10 min. Will never contact plum Tech again and am telling all my friends to stay away.

This company was very efficient. Came the next day to provide estimate for the job. I needed the pipes moved for new cabinets to be installed and then require a second visit to connect all the plumbing back up. They provided a very fair estimate and was able to start the job that day. The owner Wes has stayed in contact with me looking for updates on when counter tops will be installed and making sure I know that he hasn’t forgotten that they have to come finish the connection once I have to counter tops installed. Great company to deal with.

After many years of flooding basements and frustration trying to get answers Wes answered his phone on a Saturday afternoon. Wes came to my house and listened while I explained what kept happening. Wes then provided a solution that made sense! His staff was professional, friendly and respectful and the work was completed in just two days. I especially appreciated the care taken when digging under the front porch ????(which had to be done to replace the broken sewer line). My experience has been very upsetting. I required someone to do a straightforward job by installing a new faucet in the kitchen and installing a dishwasher. This was a straight ahead job that cost me $777.00. It required just under 2 hours of work. I was told the price ahead but was led to understand that this was a complicated job as the water pressure was low. The water pressure is still low! A call back was dismissed and a promise to call me back never happened! I paid Plumb Tech over $300.00 an hour despite the fact I was told it was pay per job. I will never recommend Plumb Tech and I am reporting them for inflated pricing to The Better Business Bureau. Beware Plumb Tech.

Third time with these guys.... Replaced sprayer... fast easy job. Had to order part, they kept me in the loop til part came in. Pricing is competitive. Last time....Had a fractured cast iron main waste pipe break and the job was efficiently and neatly done. The guys kept me current of what they were doing, they did little extras while they were on site. The price was well in what professionals doing this type of work would charge. No complaints. Second time with these guys, would call them again.

I highly recommend Plumbtech. We had them move a feeder tap for a toilet during a upgrade to the bathroom. They were quick, professional and did a very quality job. We also had a drain problem in the kitchen and discovered the guy that did the kitchen reno did a cheap job redoing the kitchen drain. They came in, redid the drain configuration and now we no longer have a problem. Great work guys.

The service was good but would never use their services again. Had an approx. 1 foot of pipe replaced in the house, small supply line pipe. so supplies were not outrageous in cost. Job took 10 min and I did time it. My bill was 461.00 for 10 min work!!! Never again!!!

We live in country on a well and our pump quit on us on a Sunday night and our spare wasn’t working either. Being a truck driver I wasn’t going to be home for a few days and the family was left without water. I made calls to other plumbing shops and plumb tech was the only one that got back to me the same day. They made their best efforts to get out as soon as possible in their schedule to help us. We were 3 days with our water but they updated our whole system including installing a new hot water tank all in one day after their initial scope and gathering parts. They were professional in communication and their work in our basement on the job turned out to be a job well done.

Plumb Tech 12/1/2019 Plumb Tech has been amazing !!!! I called and talked to Wes, explained my issue of clogged pipes, he assured me someone would be out to look at it the next day at my convenience, not theirs. Wes was very easy to talk to, he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When Josh came in they were on time, got right to work and were done in a very timely manner and at reasonable cost. When I needed to discuss the problem and let Wes know the owner was wanting to talk with him, he was more than happy to do so. Unfortunately within 2 days of clearing the pipes they started leaking badly. This was a Sunday and when I reached out to Wes he called me back right away. Again at my convenience he fitted me in to come back out. I have dealt with a lot of so called professionals over the years but Wes/Plumb Tech are the real deal. I contacted him a few days later and he says "Il have a look at my numbers" a few more days go by and I dont hear from him. Apparently he's not interested in the work involved, so instead of being up front about it, he plays the coward and gives me the run around answer wasting my time.
