We had DR Roofing install our shingled roof a couple of years ago and it was the best decision we could have made. Dylan was excellent from the beginning of the job to the end of it. From working with us to do the job we could afford to sticking to his estimate to staying in touch with us while the work was being done to leading me around the jobsite to show me all the clean up had been done to my satisfaction before he left. I would rate Dylan’s work ethic and attention to customer satisfaction very highly (6 out of 5 stars) and I always recommend DR Roofing whenever I hear someone asking for suggestions for a roofer.

Wow I could not believe how great Dylan and his crew was. At the time we called he was busy at another install and I had mentioned we had a leak. He said he would be out the next day to do a temporary repair till he finished on his other job site. He came out the next day and fixed it until he could come out and put the new roof on. When they came to do the roof Dylan and his crew were so respectful and because we are seniors they went above and beyond. They cleaned up all their mess and even cleaned the leaves on our lawn that had gathered. I 100% + recommend this company. I live in a modular home park and some of the neighbors saw their work and professionalism and DR Roofing got 4 more roofs. Highly recommend DR Roofing. My husband and I are first time home buyers in the area and our home desperately needed a new roof. Contacted DR and I couldn't be happier. Crew is professional and fast! Tore the whole large roof in a day and put the entire new one on in hours! The owner was great to work with. The crew was also very tidy and even made sure there was now nails or anything left anywhere after. I didn't find one piece of anything on the ground after. My husband and I just moved to Chatham from Toronto and purchased our first home. Two days after closing, our roof, which we were told was replaced in 2019, began leaking into our laundry room. Feeling panicked with winter approaching I reached out to Dylan. He arrived that same afternoon and gave us the terrible news. The previous owner mixed two types of shingles and did many patch jobs to hide the now very obvious problems. Dylan and his crew patched it to get us through the next little while until we could have the entire roof replaced. Fast forward to this week, Dr.Roofing Inc went above and beyond. Our new roof is beautiful, and no leaks insight. Dylan was very professional and explained everything as he went, as well as included pictures of the process. His crew left our yard tidier than when they first arrived. We are so thankful Dylan was able to help us before the bad weather arrived, and I would recomend Dr.Roofing Inc to everyone.

He was able to fit me in less than one week's time, and finished the job in one day. After he finished, you could not even tell his crew was here, but for, the beautiful new garage roof they installed. The roof looks amazing, and the price was extremely reasonable. Myself and my family has had the opportunity to work with DR roofing on several occasions. Dylan has provided installation service to both my parents homes in an exceptional manner. The jobs were done clean, crisp and professionally. On a recent home inspection of one of the locations, the inspector actually noted the quality of the installation and material utilized. Even with one of the jobs over an hour away he was on time and was always on site being meticulous to the clean up process. The attention to detail was prevalent when his team finished with only moments to spare with the last few minutes of summer light. Despite an hour away he personally came to the location to do a once over on the roof and scan the ground for nails and debris. Lastly during our last major windstorm I received damage to the peak of my roof. DR provided the necessary patch work to the roof and assured us that he would return in the spring to revisit the repair and revisit the repair when the shingles could be then installed and sealed properly under better climate conditions. The attention to details was apparent from start to finish and all came within the perimeters of the quotes issued. Thank you.
