Luke and his team were great to deal with. Very professional and always polite and curtious. They even worked a full day in the spitting rain and got to the house to start work at 7:30am. We own a old Victorian home and we were worried in how the new fascia would look, we knew it wouldn't look exactly the same, however his team meticulously took the time to bend the aluminum and to make it at least the shape of the old wooden fascias. Now our house is starting to look a lot better with clean and not rotten wooden fascias. Thank you Luke and your team, I would recommend you to anyone. Keep up the great work!

Wayne Sanary They were very efficient. Their workmanship was second to none. They started at 8:00am and did not quit until 5pm which is very unusual. A guy across the road was having his roof done and they started at 9:30am and quit at 3:30pm with breaks and dinner. They explained everything before they started and when I went out they showed me what they were doing like locking the pieces in place and putting on the vents. They were very informative while they were doing it. I own a business and they are one of the best I have ever dealt with. The prices were competitive. I have had all kinds of compliments from my neighbors. They did a great job!

I was very impressed with this company!! As we were getting quotes for a metal roof, one company whom came out to do a quote messed up, tried to assume the sale! Country Towne saved us! London Eco Metal roofing really screwed us around so we had to go two weeks with just a tarp covering the roof. Country Towne to the rescue! Dan Klassen is an excellent sales man who gave us the best quote out of four we acquired. Very Professional!! Then Aaron worked solo on the roof for the first day. I was amazed at how much one guy can do 'Great Work" in a day. The next day Sheldon and Anthony were on site with Aaron. The three of them were very (very) Professional, quick, clean, and left us with a great metal roof, we are very happy with. Thank you to all involved, it is so refreshing to find a "good, Honest Company" to do home renovations...I would highly recommend Country Towne! We are getting them to do more work on our home.... Thank you Country Towne for being the Company you are & Doing what you do!!

I absolutely love my new steel roof. This company was fantastic to deal with. Great customer service. I got quotes from 4 different companies and this is the only company that took the time to follow up with me to see if I still wished to go ahead with the job. Also it was so refreshing to walk outdoors and not hear any foul language from any of the 4 man crew. My concerns were taken into account. I would recommend this company anytime.

I gave it 2 stars because I thought Dan did an excellent job on the sales and organizing the job. The materials look good. The installation and follow up was very poor. It’s been almost a year and the owner has not showed up to see how bad it looks and follow up on my complaint.

I have used Country Towne roofers on 2 of my houses. This company is professional and reliable. Not only is the owner courteous and responsive, but those he hired to help with the roofing work were pleasant, courteous, and professional as well. It was a positive experience from start to finish. Last year they put a metal roof on one of my houses. The price was much better than the price of other companies I called. This year they put a metal roof on my garage. Not only does it look fabulous, but Luke at Country Towne also went the extra mile and repaired roof and eavestrough problems on my main house while there, at a very affordable price. I can't say enough about the excellence of Country Towne.

We recently moved to the area into a home that required a new roof. The old roof was cedar shake that was nearing, if not at the end of its designed lifespan. We had multiple roof quotes done by various companies for different types of products. At the end of the day Luke from Country Towne stood out from the rest as he was on time, answered all our questions and explained the process. Luke is very personable, genuine and easy to talk with. He is very experienced and knowledgeable with his products. The job took 5 full days to complete and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The crews were on site at sunrise every morning ready to go. At the end of every day they cleaned up the site leaving no unsightly mess or dangers (I have young children). Country Towne attention to detail was second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend them for your roof. We are very impressed with their craftsmanship we would like to have them back for eavestrough and soffit. Great work guys, see you soon!
