I don't complain often but for $8000 I feel I have to. Easy to contact when you are buying but after the sale you cant get a hold of them , or at least in our case it's like that. Tried to contact them multiple times during the month and have had a hard time getting service or anyone to call back, now it's been over a month and probably cant do anything about it. They already have your sale they don't care about the after sale . We pay $8000 and feel royally ripped off for the service we received and the half -a$$ed set up of the pool, not worth it when you have to do half the work yourself. Just a horrible experience, not one good thing came from this deal. Even the person who delivered the dirt put it in the middle of the driveway so we couldn't get out and since they deliver the dirt like a week before they set up the pool, we had to move the delivered dirt to the backyard by ourselves with a wheelbarrow, took a long time.

We had to follow up weekly to learn the status of our order - otherwise we heard nothing. When the parts finally came in we were told we needed to pick them up before we could schedule an installation date - the installers would not bring the pieces. This entailed multiple trips to get all the parts home. We couldn’t even pay for this several thousand dollar order by credit card - they only let you put $1000 of the total on credit because they don’t want to pay the fees. This meant paying over two days because of bank card limits. Incredibly inconvenient. When I questioned this practice I got dirty looks from the two cashiers. I will NEVER make another purchase with Trevi. I would never recommend them to family or friends. They are unprofessional and care little for their customers.

Brought a 12900$ SPA There. Great staff. I came with a piece which was defective and I had all the misery of the world to get them to act on it. Finally with patience 3 months they found the solution and fixed it. They also gave me a compensation for it. Manager very nice too. Please note that with trevi there is no corporate warranty. You have to deal with the store directly if it doesnt work out.... you have to take them to court directly no one can help you and thats bad... so long for the brand name.

I had a dishonest contract with Club piscine (original pool builder 10 years ago) for liner replace etc.. which ended up in a court battle and we won case. While we waited for our 4k check, we decided to try Trevi Chateauguay since I am grown and raised there. I live a few towns away like 20 minutes away all highway and trevi came with no hesitation and no extra charges for distance. We had major water loss issues for a decade that was never fixed by club piscine. Trevi did the pressure test replaced liner with an amazing glove like fit with barely any stretching in corners unlike old club piscine liner for my huge 22 x 42 inground salt pool. The estimate was for liner and install and new salt cell also. They hooked me up the year earlier with there guy that fixes stairs because replacent was 10k plus... so the guy repaired it instead and I was able to deal with the guy for a better cash price since trevi did not want to make profit on that. Before this, the pool has been closed and green and ucky,sludgy, for 2 years because of Club piscine attemptive over pricing and dishonesty. In the end the same job came to 1500$ less than the club piscine scammers of St.Constant, plus I got also the salt cell included and big air filter brand new which I forgot to mention. WOW TREVI. BRAVO. Estimate was right on, nothing hidden, no surprises, no changes and just easy to do business with. I paid half before intall and the other half at completion and satisfaction. Where as Club Piscine was demanding full payment before delivery and install after I had already gave them 50 % deposit cash. Trevi you made my six kids very happy this year, thank you Mr. Jules St. Onges for being fair and honest and thank you to your hole team.

I bought a new pool at Trévis Châteauguay and it was installed today. I highly recommend the entire team of professional people working their from salesperson Israel Faubert, to cashier, delivery coordinator to the installation team. This group in on the ball when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I received the delivery about a month ago with the exception of the pool liner as it was on backorder. The delivery coordinator immediately called me and sent me 3 different choices of liners for me to pick out. When I purchased the pool back in November, Israel said that I was be in the first installation in May and he kept his word. He is not pushy like other salesman and really cares that his clients are happy.
