They did a superb job finishing our basement! Very professional, efficient, quick and clean. Key strengths were: -their ability to provide a professional floor plan layout. -have an engineer visit onsite and provide technical drawings (critical for structural changes and city permit approvals). -produce a well detailed quote. -show up well equipped. -have a friendly, qualified and experienced team of people. -complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. -break up the payments into reasonable amounts during the progression of the project. -and lastly, fall very close to the original amount quoted for the entire job. I would without hesitation hire Roman and Anastasiya again knowing they’ll get the job done right!

We had just bought a house and we wanted to renovate a bathroom and a powder room. I asked a few of my friends who had renovated their bathroom with another contractor and if they can give me the number of that contractor most said don’t call, they weren’t good. So I googled bathroom renovations and came across 2 contractors who had the most reviews one of them being RD Contractor. I called both of them to give an estimate. The other contractor came and told me price and then I never heard from him again. When Roman from RD came he was very responsive to all my queries, I just felt I can trust him. The good thing was the house was empty and RD was able to start work one week prior to the date that was finalized. They completed both bathrooms within 5 weeks. Every day RD had their worker come to work and every morning I passed by and the worker or workers would update me and tell me what they had planned for the day, I hardly had to speak to Roman. I can say this was a hassle free Reno. I must mention that Anasthasia who answered my phone the first time I called made me feel at ease and answered all my questions, she made everything so easy. Both Victors that worked in my house are very good, RD has a good team. I highly recommend them if you want a hassle free Reno done and good quality work. Thank you Roman, Anasthasia, and both Victor(s).

This is company has a really good services. The employee are professional and respectful. Also, they have really good skills to execute any kind of job. They donne different job at my home as repairing a big water leaking in the ceiling, frame for wall and stair, ventilation and tile work. Good job !!!

Roman and his team did an amazing job installing tiles on our terrasse. These tiles were 48 in x 48 in, special care was needed and they installed it perfectly. I would recommend them anytime. We were looking to replace all windows and the entry door in our house. In this research we have contacted multiple companies, working in this area, reviewed their products and pricing. We were looking for tilt-and-turn window system, which, unfortunately is not very common on North American market. This is how we've found RD Construction. They offered exactly what we were looking for and at very competitive price. The product is of excellent quality, the installation was done very professionally. We'd like to mention the skills of the crew, which provided "everything included" kind of job, including dust control and garbage removal. We'll definitely work with RD Construction again.
