I called Budget Drain as I had met them through work. It was a Saturday and water was leaking under my kitchen sink! Sylvain made the time and efficiently changed the valve. We ended up having to change the kitchen faucet and luckily he had a good selection in his truck so it avoided me having to run out and find one. Not only is he competitive and reasonable, he is very good and knowledgeable and such a pleasure. I've dealt with other plumbers in the past and this was my best overall experience. Merci encore Sylvain!

The hot water tank was not the one I was told I was getting in my quote. I was supposed to get a tank not sold at Rona because it was better quality than what Rona offered. It was supposed to be 66 gallons, turns out I can get the same one I was sold for less at Rona. The quote was for everything included, taxes, tank, time, fittings. It was not true.I spent 50% more than the quote. Nothing extra had to be repaired. The guy wasted time by having to get each item 1 by 1 out of his van. He showed up 4.5 hours late. I picked this company because they offered me a good deal, in the end anywhere else would've cost less and I don't even have the warranty they said I would have.
