I had a bad experience, I called myself the builders agent when I found it online, I did mention I have an agent but she is not available for that that day, we actually mention that twice , next day we had appointment with builder and my agent came with me ,builder seemed like a nice person he explained plans and options, price did not include many things like heating and aircondition , flooring driveway backyard lighting, after we added options from 370 it came to 420 ish, we are new to province and next day I was notified from builder agent that she is not willing to pay co OP agent, it was only a 2000 payment I really didnt care about money but since we are new in province I need someone on my side to go over paper work not that everyone represent builder and I have to just sign and agree to it all, I m very disappointed and looks like a red flag to me, specially when her agent was insisting that we haven't told her about our agent, I just recently sold my property in Toronto and have the whole price cash in my acc and do not even require a mortgage but I need to be sure property get approved for the bank but just liying to my face is not a good starting relationship and this is a big purchase and has to be built based on trust

Notre expérience avec HC Habitation a surpassé nos attentes. Du début à la fin, et encore même aujourd’hui, nous avons été écoutés et compris.
