After we had a small amount of water infiltration this spring, we contacted Jonathan for his opinion on the scope of the work we would need to do. He was professional and honest, and provided us with a detailed quote. Upon signing the contract, we were provided with a detailed timeline, which he was able to respect despite a few days of rain. He waterproofed the foundation, installed a French drain that he connected to a sump pump, and poured a lovely concrete pad at our back door. He also corrected the slope of our landscaping. His work was flawless, and our front pavers look untouched! If you are looking for a contractor who will go the extra mile and use the best materials for your situation, you have found him.
