Non seulement j'ai réussi à prouver que c'était bien la faute d'un employé de chez Fertisol que j'avais reçu un caillou sur ma voiture ayant causé des dommages, mais ma compagnie d'assurance à bel et bien couvert les dommages et ma compagnie d'assurance à elle même poursuivie Fertisol pour réclamer le montant des dommages et aussi puisque je n'étais aucunement responsable de l'événement ma compagnie d'assurance ma remboursé mon déductible et à récupéré ce montant à Fertisol. Ma compagnie d'assurance m'a confirmé qu'ils avaient bien gagné leur cause. Donc la réponse de la compagnie Fertisol ci-dessous est un mensonge total!! Comme j'avais dis le patron est malhonnête et a tout tenté pour ne pas me payer mes dommages. Il m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible qu'un caillou soit éjecté par un coupe bordure et que cela n'arrivait pas. Donc si vous faites affaire avec cette compagnie et qu'un de ses employé fait des dommages quelconques n'espérez pas la collaboration du patron de l'entreprise. Pourtant on sait tous qu'un coupe-bordure peut parfois éjecter un caillou qui se trouve dans le gazon.
