Air Fortier n'est pas allée plus loin, aucune confiance avec cette entreprise.

Quand t'as besoin que ton personnel te donne des bonnes notes pour remonter ta cote, ça en dit long sur le reste. C'est mon avis et je le partage, plus souvent qu'autrement et ne vous faite pas avoir par la mauvaise cie. PS J'avais pas le choix de mettre 1 étoile, le système ne permet pas de pas en mettre.

Au début l'installation était du pour 2 semaines après le contrat signé mais ils n'ont pas respecté le délai. Après, ils ont fait un rétrait de ma carte de crédit pour plus de 3000$ sans mon authorisation! Après plusieurs semaines d'attente, quand les techniciens ont vénu chez nous pour faire l'installation ils ne l'ont pas pu faire parce qu'il fallait qu'un electricien viens chez nous pour rendre l'installation possible. Évidement tout à mes frais. Lors de la vente ils n'ont pas fait un bon diagnostique de tout ce qu'il fallait faire avant l'installation. Après, j'ai décide de ne pas continué avec l'installation et ils ont gardé 250 dollars du dépôt initial même si c'était la faute a Air Fortier de ne pas avoir fait un bon diagnostique du chantier à faire. J'ai essayé a plusieurs réprises d'arriver à un accord avec eux, mais rien du tout. Alors, quand dans Facebook ils disent que une des leurs priorités est d'offrir un bon service à la clientèle, je vous assure que c'est complètement fausse.

We were shopping around and looking at different quotes and offers for a new central furnace and heat pump to replace our 30 years old system. We were interested in this establishment as we are Costco customers and Air Fortier deals with Costco for installation. To begin, The representative was hesitant at all costs to give us even the roughest of estimates over the phone even when providing the exact details of what we were looking for. (SEER, Electrical system, furnace wattage) and so on. When the representative came over he took a couple pictures here and there of our current setup and as he went by he mentioned having to change everything including all the existing electrical wiring and how we had cheap “Chinese copper” as a conduit for freon intake...a 30 year old system that never had issues was made of cheap materials....ok. When reviewing the numbers the representative was unable to provide details about all the calculations he was making to arrive to a price and when he finally did get to his price. It was twice as much as everything else we were looking at in the market. I think the worst part of this experience was when I had noticed his frustration at multiple occasions towards the fact I was taking notes down about his offer. He kept pausing and mentioning that he’d send it all to me by email....which has not happened since our meeting. Terrible experience, too bad they can’t take a young couple seriously and would prefer spilling out nonsense in thinking we don’t know what we’re doing.

Prétextant qu’ils ne servent plus Montréal…. Alors que nous sommes à seulement 18 kilomètres et hors du centre-ville. Pas de tarif d’éloignement, pas d’accommodement rien. Comme si on avait abusé de leur bonté… Mais ils desservent à plus d’1h30 de route par exemple et le 12 juillet à 18h on constate que deux camions de réparations de la compagnie sont à 4 coins de rues de chez nous "sur l'île". Tu parles d’un service et d’une relation client de m__de! Et comme de fait, plusieurs distributeurs compétiteurs que j’ai contacté en fin de journée refusent de nous donner un rendez-vous, car ils n’ont pas vendu notre unité murale. Ou nous repoussent à la fin août. *(1) en plus notre contrat mentionne clairement10 ans pièces et main d'oeuvre et le fabricant lui me dit 7 ans seulement. I was asking for an estimate for 3 bathroom ventilation and may an air exchanger. I globally wanted to know how much it would cost me before going further. When the person came, he was realloy annoyed by all the things i wanted to do and even tried to discourage me in my projects. After many argumentations on why i wanted to do this and many sighs from him, he told me they could start in 2 months. I never wanted to force them to commit to a deadline whatsoever b ut i was thinking "that s cool!" 2 days after i received an email telling me that finally they didnt want to do it because they were too busy. Probably the most unprofessional behavior i have seen so far. At the end i never got a price or any estimation from them, even after requiring it after their refusal. The guy came for absolutly nothing. Such a waste of time!
