I got better advice elsewhere so we are replacing our wall unit as the fire just isn't worth the candle with this company. (Original) Très bon vendeur mais la qualité des produits qu'il vend et son service-après vente sont médiocres. Mon unité n'a que 5 ans et j'ai déjà 3 appels de service fait dessus. Aucune solution à mon problème encore (le problème est le même depuis le début). Lorsque contrarié, il nous invite à appeler une autre compagnie au lieu de nous trouver une solution qui répond à notre besoin. Nous avons suivi son conseil et avons appelé plusieurs compagnies pour leur demander leur avis sur notre problème. J'ai été mieux conseillé ailleurs alors nous remplaçons notre unité murale car le feu n'en vaut juste pas la chandelle avec cette compagnie.
