Le printemps dernier Michel prevost est venus et a realise qu'il devrait installer des lanieres pour retenir et soulever les gouttieres. On etait en mai. A ce jour, en octobre rien n'a ete fait. J'ai du remplacer les gouttieres en question au cout de 919.00. le probleme a disparu. Pour la guaranti de 10 ans, on repassera. Si vous desirez faire affaire avec une personne qui vous crie apres et qui ne vous ecoute pas, Michel Prevost est votre homme.
