We went into Castle looking at getting a crew in to our new house for full renovations. We were happy to hear that they had guys to come out and take a look. Within a couple weeks we had Landen and Chris come to our house, they spent a couple hours going through everything we wanted. They said they would be in touch within a couple weeks with a quote well we never heard from them. I text to ask what was going and and was told a couple more days and Chris would be in touch. I never heard a thing from them again. I think it is very very unprofessional and rude to not get back to people. If the job was too big for you too handle just say so if thats the case. I was very disappointed as we were so excited to get going on our house. I hope this review helps the next person.

I purchased a bath cabinet & 13 boxes of "fake stone" vinyl siding. The staff were excellent, they said they gave me a sale price however after I paid and left I got a call that they didn't charge me enough & that I would have to come back & pay the difference. That's ok as I an honest. My one star is the way the owner treated me. He never thanked me for coming back, I said I was going to just take it back he said that's ok we'll sell them to someone else. Phew.. I never felt like such a loser in a long time. I never write a review and it probably will not do anything. I am completely remodelling an old house and I will not buy a nail at this place due to the customer service I got from the owner.
