Have a private EZ Dock system for our boat in the NB and these guys are the major affiliate for the brand in the region, with a local rep in our area that has not been responsive or helpful. East Coast Docks always makes it impossible for us to source parts for our dock as they insist on referring us to a rep we don't wish to deal with. Other affiliates for EZ Dock in other provinces do not have this requirement, even US dealers will sell to us, we still get our parts but with unnecessary expense and inconvenience. Definitely not customer focused in our opinion.

Saw an East Coast Docks truck speeding through a residential area today which hit and killed a cat. They didnt even not stop. Jule 5th update; I witnessed this with my own eyes it was not oncoming traffic but thank you for calling me a liar I very much appreciate that. Tell your drivers to stop speeding through my residential area.
