J'ai bien aimé le fait qu'il a aussi inspecter la toiture principale sans que j'ai besoin de lui demander. La raison qui explique 4 étoiles c'est que les travaux se sont déroulés sur 2-3 semaines puisqu'il manquait certaines pièces. Par contre, la qualité, le service (venu un samedi pour avances les travaux) et la communication ont été bonnes pour moi. Très satisfait.
